The visuals and effects in this are impressive. I wish these kind of effort was put in Descendants movies.

Maybe Descendants would have had these effects if it came out during the Disney plus era. Descendants was a big franchise so I think it would have gotten this treatment, but Descendants 3 came out 2 months before Disney+ launched. Another option could have been releasing it in theaters like High School Musical 3 and that makes sense since Kenny also directed it, but that’s on an entire different level, and it did not get that treatment. I guess it has to do with timing, because as big as Descendants was cable was not thriving as much as it was back when HSM was on to skyrocket it to theaters, and it came out before Disney+ so it did not get the 3rd movie treatment.

Alien Invasion has an epic, intense tone whereas My Year and We Got This had upbeat tones. I love that contrast and also that Addison is having mixed emotions about this and Zed's number one goal is Addison's safety and still respects her opinion. I can't wait for ZOMBIES 3!!!! 😍

The problem with the aliens so far is that they say they mean no harm and are not dangerous, but they literally destroy a bunch of stuff throughout the song and even attack people themselves before singing they mean no harm and they come in peace.

I like how all the different races have unique dance styles and they slowly merge throughout the movie. These aliens seem to be all about transitions. The Seabrook citizens are all unified but show elements of their unique styles in their group performance. I wonder what the final dance piece will be.
