It took me a long time to realise the benefits of what he was saying. Ever since I cut out what I call the ‘noise’, social media, video games, watching Netflix etc all of a sudden I found that I had time during the day to do stuff I always made excuses that I never had time to do. Working more hours, earning more money training everyday, doing my own meal prep. The day you step away from the noise is the day you will see a massive improvement in your life

I'm working 12 to 15 hours a day, 5 or 6 days a week (depending on how busy the week is), and currently commuting to my job takes me 50 minutes in one direction (I'm moving by the end of this week). I have my plan and as he said, tunnel vision, a hard mentality and being focused.
