My father went to the opening in 1971 and our family has gone annually for 3 - 4 weeks or more staying on the grounds every year since. I've been part of our annual tradition since I was born in 1974. 47 years of seeing the evolution of everything. This is the most incredible & detailed footage I've ever seen someone take. I love that you have shown right before shut down and after. You did an amazing job capturing all of the magic. Five stars to you my friend!!!

Thank you! No, drones aren't allowed at any theme parks in Florida and most of Disney has restricted airspace. I used a camcorder and a GoPro with a lot of video editing.

Lol. I already do that! I watch on smart tv YouTube and have my treadmill in front and Bose Bluetooth headphones for surround sound or closest to it. I get tired before the video is done then eat chili cheese bugles for the rest. Lol.

Yes. It was being repainted at that time and the numbers represented different shades of gray paint for the painters.

Last time I was at DW they were upgrading the potc ride into the modern film adaptation so I didn't get to ride it sadly. I like the new style they have but I'm one of the lucky ones to have ridden on it prior to them renovating and will always remember that fondly. My childhood came back alive for a while when I watched this

Yes, they usually run until 10:30 am. They're listed in the times guide as Main Street Transportation, but it's currently suspended due to the pandemic. The Omnibus is my favorite and it goes up and down Main Street with seats facing the sides, front and back.

Allerdings der Burger (5,25 für nen Patti und nen Brötchen) ist ja echt krasser Fraß :-) lieber dann wohl eigenes Essen mitbringen :-) und der Pudding??? Was ist das Kotzpulver in grün mit Schokocreme :-). ist dann auch etwas billiger weil Geld läßt mann in den Parks bestimmt genug. Aber ein perfekter Ort um mal das Gehirn auf eine Traumreise zu schicken.
