Not fake really, just exaggerated. Uncle Roger is a character played by Nigel Ng

Yes. He does the accent for the character. You can hear his real voice in a lot of the blooper parts at the end and the "sorry children" bits. He has plenty of vids on his channel of him using his regular voice too
