The punishments could be autoimmune "cures" from the internet. Some from his videos on the topic, some from random food blogs that claim they can cure your autoimmune if you eat liver meatballs

This would be really cool! There are a lot of autoimmune diseases that are pretty common, like vitiligo. I'd love to see more of that stuff talked about :)

Ned’s blend reminds me of my grandmother. Before she passed away from cancer, she lost her teeth. Food was boring at that point, and the one thing she really wanted still was KFC. So, my mom would blend mashed potatoes, gravy, and chicken for her, and idk if grandma actually liked it, but it seemed to bring her a bit of enjoyment in those days 🙂

Zach's "smoothie" looks exactly like the three days I spent vomiting up saltines and ginger ale while in withdrawal because when our pharmacy closed down due to fire and I couldn't get my meds.

I feel you. I went through withdrawls too. No throwing up but my whole was in excruciating pain. I have fibromyalgia already so I was used to some pain but this was something else. My doctor had to stop prescribing narcotics because he found out someone was selling them on the street. I was on the fentanyl patch. It was a really scary time in my life because I didn't know what I was going to do. Living with fibromyalgia is hell without medication of some sort, it sucks even with meds.

I never realized that could happen with prescribed meds boy was I wrong lol
