If y’all didn’t know the guy that turned first on the blind guy was crying cause his dad is also blind which makes it that much more emotional

I’d like to see a day when disabled people will be judged by their talent first and not by people having an emotional response to a disability after discovering they have one. Put people though for talent not sob stories. Signed, Every singer with a disability ever (including myself)

thats why i love the blind auditions. honestly i wish the entire show was that way. where the judges ONLY have the voice to go off of. but as soon as the blind auditions are over, they have the same problems as all the other shows, with the sad stories and looks coming into play
