“Saving one animal won't change the world, but it will change the world for that one animal.”
we should learn to put ourselves in their shoes ♥️🐖
Non per te. 😠
@Roxanne Foster quante stronzate!.
"I rescued a fish." That's a proud man right there. And so am I.
@Decent Ghost YT Clown response
I, as well, loved his statement so much 🥰
How nice to see a piglet and a calf looked after with compassion and a trip to Miami too! Thank you for looking after these animals, which would have had a death sentence otherwise ! So refreshing to see this video, after seeing animals in 'factory' farms.
i want to hear more about the fish
Still you eating any kind of fish ? if yes than you do only drama.
“I’m so happy that you don’t even notice I’m leaving” is a another level of selfless, unconditional love.
@Jonas Aurelius Luckily, it ain't no good deed to spit on each other. People may be terrible creatures, but we have the will and power to change ourselves. This video is just another reminder.
@Jonas Aurelius Potato 🥔
he said "you're" at the start of that not "I'm" beautiful people yes but altruism doesn't exist we do good things because it makes us feel good to do good things, if a good deed was like stubbing your toe we would be spitting on eachother all day, people are terrible fucking creatures, man
@Haezz dang hahaha you totally right
Think he was saying the pig was so happy she didn't notice he was leaving but still sweet nonetheless lol
When I was about 5 years old our horse and pig had a bond that was unbelievable. They were together sunrise to sunset. Looking back, it seems that animals deal with each other's differences better than humans.
Led me to think
I want to run with u
À love you see owant t o un eey
say that to abrahmics..
These animals you talk about have been bred by humans to be to our standards. It's been done over the course of the last 10.000 years. If those animals weren't able to live together at least in close proximity then we would've not kept that animal. Barns back in the day wasn't like the ones you see today most barns were also the home of the farmer they were directly there. Go visit Europe and you can visit such old barns.
Crying tears of joy! How true, a chosen family can be as strong or stronger than our real family. God bless you all and all of God’s creatures on earth, in the ocean and in the heavens. Amen.🙏🥰❤️🐾
God bless these people who have the time, money and inclination to do such good work. I don't how they mange to take care of all these animals but it's good to know there are people in the world like this. I wish these were the stories we heard on the news every night. I would start watching the news again.
I agree, so true @Luna 🙏✨
I wholeheartedly agree! TV producers seem obsessed with only sharing bad news! (BTW, eating meat is not a sin)
u r probably saying this while having a piece of beef in your plate :D
"The news" wants us demoralized and hopeless (or, rather, the owners of "the news" do). Animals, rivers, lakes, plants all lift our spirits and speak to our souls. Avoid the spirit-killing propaganda and watch The Dodo's rescue videos instead!
I have a sister, Sue, who does stuff like this. Of course, it helps vulnerable animals, but I think it keeps my sis sane in an insane world.
@Tara H Donate to people who do 🙏 It's a great way to help, when you don't have the time or space to rescue yourself. A little goes a long way
Love the fact that most of these comments, like yours, have 193 likes and no dislikes.
It also makes her a strong woman with a loving heart
I would love to help animals get to sanctuaries but I live in a city, don't drive and don't have the time or space to care for animals in my own home. I'm so grateful to kind people like your sister who are able and willing to help these creatures.
Oh my goodness you guys are such wonderful people I would love to do what you are doing I love animals so much
Wow, you two are lovely. Bless you both. ❤️ Infact my love to all involved.
"I rescued a fish." He sounded so proud of himself and I'm so proud of him
I rescued a lizard
@Ammeo fish sure are “lovely animals”
@Tracy Penner fish aren’t sentient and they have basic instinctual needs, and exist to feed and grow other animal populations
@Bhavika Sicka It’s pretty darn necessary to kill fish, they have nutrients and proteins and fats that other animals might not have. Sure, just killing it for fun is some horrible other thing, I guess, but remember people have fostered animals and pets who eat fish like seals or dolphins or some birds. About your unethical thing, if you’re gonna drag God into this, Jesus gave everybody fish to eat. So there.
@Dope Bruh do you even know what a fish resuce even is? Not every animal is rescued from drownding or abuse SMH SMH. probably the fish was neglected
Heartwarming ❤❤❤❤❤ love from Australia 🇦🇺
I was in tears the whole video. I wish we could rescue all the animals. You guys are doing such a great thing. NO animal should ever have to suffer.
Hello Jillian how are you doing today
In my neighborhood, anyone who saves a wild animal gets an award from the community. We give awards for everything. Mine is for being the Park Steward.
This was so beautiful to watch xoxoxo thank-you
Those people took a little pig to the beach, so she can see the ocean. That's so heartwarming
@Santiago they NEVER have murdered at the date we do now that’s the issue. Humans didn’t always eat so much meat I think that’s the issue.
@jo just poked you hehe damn lol I figured he wouldn't but I was hoping he would
@Mark I think they’re referring to the fact they took time out of their trip to stop and let Marley see the ocean when they really didn’t have to.
Bacon is Better with Seasalt.
@Mark I agree
Thank you for care and love!
Me before the video; “Oh, cute video! I’ll watch it!” Me after the video: *sobbing out of happiness for Eli and Marley*
Every single human in this video is a goddamn hero. The world is a better place w/ you guys in it. Please keep helping as many animals as possible. We all love and thank you.
this is so beautiful
Pigs are actually extremely intelligent. I'm sure she knew she'd been separated from her family and was sad until she accepted her new one.
@Mona seafood is a type of meat....
Are you vegan?
They are smart! They observe lots.
@Stny Adventurer Opposite of survival. Factory farming is a big driver of the climate catastrophe.
@i love guinea pigs LMAOOO THIS MADE GIGGLE
You people ROCK!!! Thank you for being who you are. Marley and Eli are very blessed, as are all your other rescues/animals. Many continued blessings to you all!
Hello Ann how are you doing today
all i can say is this is just so beautiful. you know creatures have emotions and personalities, but each time you actually see them, it’s new and breathtaking. watching that calf bloom and little piggy 🐷 enjoy herself just fills you with warmth and life. thank all of you for taking care of these wonderful little spirits. 🐄🐖🌷🌿🌼🌱🌷
Bawling my eyes out about Eli passing his mom on the way out. More and more I’m feeling like I can’t guiltlessly consume dairy anymore.
@Toku Mei Some human animals are not even capable of basic critical thinking.
Don't worry, animals have tiny brains that don't process complex feelings like that.
@Ben van Broekhuijsen oat milk is amazing too!!!
If only this World was filled with People like these !! Just imagine.
I love how proud Joseph looks when he says: "I rescued a fish."
@Harak Hexenschlächter 😂✋
I'd say the fish was in poor conditions thats why we rescued it
"I'm helping!" Lol
@TheAnnualAntagonist Theres millions of people who rescue fish. its way more common just not many people care to think abt it
Hermosos bichitos con hermosos humanos 💚💜
This lifted my spirits during a difficult time in my life...wonderful story for someone who once did animal rescue. Best wishes to all of you.
I hope you're doing well Peter. Cheers from Australia.
Glad you're doing better
“They will always be loved and they will grow old “ 😭
did you even see how the calf's (marley)foster mother was kept in the cow shed ?? Are you that dumb to believe these bastard's lies ??
There needs to be more kindness like these compassionate people all put forth for all living creatures. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for all the labors of love you do
What a beautiful sight….happy animals playing with one another is priceless.
The mom is like “I’ve rescued over 100 animals cows, pigs, dogs” then the husband is like “I rescued a fish”
Give the little piglet a tattoo on her tummy, "Happy"
And fried it, mmm mmm good!
That's a Marine for ya
I am proud of him
This is the best and what I want for my life
This video really filled me with joy. What a wonderful story to take me through the day. Thank you!♥️
I cried when he started running on the grass 😭 I quit eating beef and pork years and years ago because of a video I saw where all these cows were rescued and did this when they went outside for the first time. They were a couple years old and had NEVER felt the sun! Broke my heart and I haven't touched it since! God bless all these wonderful people and the precious animals they save 💖
@Manic Daniellenm's argument - "well these animals don’t just provide food. Many products come from them, you would have to give up a lot. For example, surfactant comes from cows. Thats what they give to premie babies to help them breath. These animals save lives. When you plant a crop, it has a one time use. Plus the amount of waste of crops and produce is ridiculous. A cow can give you milk for years, it can give you manure for your crops and can reproduce. then when its older it can give you meat and numerous other products including medically life saving material." Your argument - "yet you grow and feed tons of plants to feed dairy cows instead of growing a fraction of the plants for human consumption." What is Cherry picking? - "Cherry picking, suppressing evidence, or the fallacy of incomplete evidence is the act of pointing to individual cases or data that seem to confirm a particular position while ignoring a significant portion of related and similar cases or data that may contradict that position." Here's what you Cherry picked - "When you plant a crop, it has a one time use. Plus the amount of waste of crops and produce is ridiculous. A cow can give you milk for years, it can give you manure for your crops and can reproduce. then when its older it can give you meat" Also, Evergreen Song is virtue signaling. Evergreen Song's Comment - "Woww.. that's so kind of you. I don't know when other people will understand this too nd stop killing animals 😭.." What is virtue signaling? - ""Virtue signalling", according to the Cambridge Dictionary, is "an attempt to show other people that you are a good person, for example by expressing opinions that will be acceptable to them, especially on social media". The expression is often used to imply that the virtue being signalled is exaggerated or insincere."" Neither of you are fooling anybody, get outta' here. Don't @ me either.
@Daniellenm yet you grow and feed tons of plants to feed dairy cows instead of growing a fraction of the plants for human consumption.
@Daniellenm your attitude towards animals is pathetic! According to you, the cow feeds you milk for lifetime, then when it can't give milk, you kill it for meat! What if someone killed you without your permission?
@Evergreen Songs well these animals don’t just provide food. Many products come from them, you would have to give up a lot. For example, surfactant comes from cows. Thats what they give to premie babies to help them breath. These animals save lives. When you plant a crop, it has a one time use. Plus the amount of waste of crops and produce is ridiculous. A cow can give you milk for years, it can give you manure for your crops and can reproduce. then when its older it can give you meat and numerous other products including medically life saving material.
Woww.. that's so kind of you. I don't know when other people will understand this too nd stop killing animals 😭..
im crying this is so wholesome and amazing and im so glad those two found each other
“Health care is really important, but LOVE is what makes them thrive”. So beautiful such awesome people
@D Lma va insmerdarte intel luamaro
Altheea Self : 🤝
@D L Put aside your primal primitive instincts for just a moment....
We need a Marley Eli update!
These babies are full of love and affection and are so cute. Thanks for saving these sentient and highly social animals!
Both families & households are miracles. Love the first family and household as well as the one they sent the rescued babies to. This was soo refreshing to watch and adorable! 😹✨🍁 Thank you for your existence, in hardwork and given ability doing what you do!! Those babies are sticking together.
YOU ALL TOUCHED MY HEART. With the dedication and love you gave and give to the precious, deserving beautiful animals. God Bless You all. 🐖🐄
Can you imagine, if everyone in this world had this much love and compassion in them, what this world would be like?
@CosworthsMerryMen Agreed 👍
@That Vegan Teacher You're one of the worst people to make someone want to go vegan honestly. You're rude, judgmental & egotistical. I don't eat much meat in general, but it's just part of our DNA. I'm sure over time, I'll eat less, but with some healthy issues, I need the protein. Try a different approach w/people. You're not a good example of what veganism is.
No I can imagine! Thank God for you all that rescue and save animals.
@That Vegan Teacher go away. You'll only make things worse.
@ohlssonster it’s taking so long damn
I made it almost the whole way through this time without crying. 😍😭
So so so happy to see such caring and passionate people working on this, I loved how you stopped to take them to the ocean, absolutely warms my heart
Hello Cassidy how are you doing today
I will never understand how anyone can hurt these beautiful sentient beings! Thanks for all you do for the Animals! 🙏🏼❤☮
@Teresa Bastuba you sound just like my dad before he got sick--called pigs baconators and everything. He's healthy now thank goodness and hasn't had meat in nearly 6 months. Still can't believe it! Anyway have a good one.
@Teresa Bastuba wow so edgy 👏
I could really go for a steak right now 😂
All of you ARE making a difference. Dont ever stop improving this world for those who need us. You guys make things better !
I can see it, but I'm not convinced of the message. Being cruel or heartless is part of being a human being and the reality is there to see..
Thank you 💕💕💕💜
I could've watched this wonderful story for a few more hours. 💚
ADORABLE !!! Thank you, good people, for loving and helping these sweet babies.
Seeing people like this and knowing there's people like this out in the world, I have restored faith in humanity.
Such a cringe comment
@Ech I don't own dogs, cats, etc. What little research I have done tells me that dogs are omnivores like humans, and like humans they do not need to eat meat to thrive. IIRC, the oldest dog on record was fed a plant based diet. Cats on the other hand, are obligate carnivores, and do present a conundrum since most experts say that they need meat to thrive, long term. I agree about cultured meat, but until then, the odds are that animal agriculture will not disappear before cultured meat becomes mainstream. I will continue to advocate for it. Even if my country makes the switch, other countries probably will not do so before cultured meat becomes commonly available. They could import to my country. As you may know, cultured chicken is already being sold in a Singapore restaurant after cultured meat was approved by the government there.
@Some Guy The only argument I could give to why we need meat at least to some degree is that if we didn't have any, we'd have to give up dogs and cats, both working animals we can't really live without anymore. Service animals, barn cats, police dogs of all kinds all serve a purpose no matter what we as humans eat, and they all need a stable diet of some kind of meat. Same goes for any wild endangered carnivore in an animal sanctuary or conservation center. Hopefully sometime soon, cultured meat can become commercially viable. That'll change everything :)
Fun fact- Jon (Daily Show) Stewart owns a farm animal sanctuary.
@Pat Luxor The largest organization of nutrition professionals officially declared- "It is the position of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics that appropriately planned vegetarian, including vegan, diets are healthful, nutritionally adequate, and may provide health benefits for the prevention and treatment of certain diseases. These diets are appropriate for all stages of the life cycle, including pregnancy, lactation, infancy, childhood, adolescence, older adulthood, and for athletes. Plant-based diets are more environmentally sustainable than diets rich in animal products because they use fewer natural resources and are associated with much less environmental damage. *Vegetarians and vegans are at reduced risk of certain health conditions, including ischemic heart disease, type 2 diabetes, hypertension, certain types of cancer, and obesity.* Low intake of saturated fat and high intakes of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, legumes, soy products, nuts, and seeds (all rich in fiber and phytochemicals) are characteristics of vegetarian and vegan diets that produce lower total and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels and better serum glucose control. These factors contribute to reduction of chronic disease. Vegans need reliable sources of vitamin B-12, such as fortified foods or supplements." -Full abstract from the position paper as found on PubMed from the National Institutes of Health
This is why I have so much faith in animals - they can teach us so much. If only humans were like this it would be a much better world.
Animals are our elder siblings, we have to learn from them. :')
Absolutely wonderful!! Thanks for doing what you do!!
Hello Tammy how are you doing today
So so sweet and heart warming to see the kindness to animals❤️. Thank you all for what you do🤩
i’m not crying you’re crying
Instead of saying we need more people like them lets become people like them. This video is just melted my heart away. such a beautiful story.
Yeah but educate yourselves because you can think your helping but in reality nature knows how to take care of itself so don’t interrupt life unless you are certain you are actually helping
@Naomi N nobody cares.
I’m literally working a job I don’t want to save up and become an animal rescuer. Need that drivers license. 😂😂 I got you. 💪🏽 Let’s hope it all works out the way I want it to, there’s a lot of animals that need love and care. 🥺❤️
@Fat Fan of Music I am just laughing at how triggered you are, loser!...🤣🤣
@ӿꞶhiɀɀßᵰnꬶӿ no one cares anyway so I don't see a problem. I am just sayin' being vege can also be nice. I ain't one tho, burgers are fucking amazing. So shut the hell up, I am not telling anyone what to do you fool, it's an idea.
How can you not become a vegetarian after watching this videos??
The friendship between Marley and Eli is so heartwarming i love to see those animals playing with each other and respecting each other. I hope they will stay friends for many more years ❤️❤️
Thank you for doing what you can to help these animals. Wishing you only the best and all the love and kindness you give to come back to you, you deserve it.
What a lovely story. Warmed up my heart in this time of chaos.
She will never realise that she just escaped the slaughter house. Bless you lovely people!
@Steve O You're free to eat what you please just like everyone else :)
@SNSD Damn right it had an impact. After reading Stellas comment, I’m off to make a bacon sandwich I otherwise wasn’t going to have 😋
@Stella Coul if you really think that I dare you to try and walk up and pet a wild pig....
@Coco Mastrangelo what’s disgusting
@Mike Z I completely agree, slaughterhouses are disgusting and sad
This restores my faith in humanity as well!! Thank You for doing what you do!! I love you all!!!!
Hello Rebecca how are you doing today
I love this family. You guys are incredible! ❤
Hello Soraya how are you doing today
HOW TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THIS MAN TO HELP HIM OUT ???
THIS is everything. The compassion we can heave for eachother and help others who need it, despite what species they are shows there is hope for the human race.
@Frau Martha yes of course ! Unless you are in a survival situation There is no moral justification for not being vegan.
@jj rad Are you?
I'm overly sensitive with stuff like this. I am so deeply grateful there are people that care this much for animals. Thank you!
@LisaNYC I am 70 years Young and live well below the National Poverty Level I have not eaten meat for 37 years. It can be done!
James Young: I applaud your Sensitivity, though often painful, I know, it is a gift
@Astolfo You correct them like it really matters lmao. You could understand what they meant so what's the point of correcting them?
So am I . But you do eat meat and so do I. But only coz I suck at knowing what to eat. I wish I was rich and had a live in cook. I would tell him or her to only cook vegetarian foods. And they better taste good and be nutritious.
@Ophelia Rathmore ftz
Love animals and love all your animals. They're beautiful and thanks for taking good care of all of them in your large farm. Kudos and wish you and your farm animals all the best.
Thank you for loving them, rescuing them and do everything you can for them to be healthy and happy. I'm tearing up. They're all angels!! The non-humans and the humans.
To see people with this much love in their hearts just touches me deeply, this was probably the best video I’ve seen in weeks!
In a scary world these days. You truly restore hope and humanity 🙏
Hello Melissa how are you doing today
Imagine driving that far, with a cow and a pig, and their bathroom is the vehicle you are with them in. That is dedication and love.
That..is not a cow. it is a calf. untill they how up, then.. they are called cows, or..bulls.
I so wish I could do something like that ever... Ever...
@Kent Purdy Nah, for now Ill eat a balanced diet of veg and animal meat, as humans have done for millennia. BUT, Ill be on the lookout for some lab grown proteins with the shape and texture of muscle fiber, and when it comes out ill switch to that. I suggest you do something similar, cant live off lettuce and soy forever (or can you? dont know, not stupid enough to try :)
Talk, talk… i always yawn when i'm interested!
@Yegor Zakharov for the health of animals and yourself, go vegan.
You are amazing souls saving these beautiful little animals this video made me cry so much with happiness for Marley and Elli so sweet and wonderful they have found each other Thanku so much god bless your hearts and all the animals hearts 💜💓🙏💜
Hello Helen how are you doing today
amazing watching this, unconditional love. made me very emotional. keep up the good work guys
A million “thank you” for doing what you all do. You made my day. 🐖 🐄 💕
Hello Calil how are you doing today
I'm crying like a baby. These animals deserve to live a free life. Hopefully one day I'll be able to open a sanctuary ❤️
@Uru Sledge look it all up and do some research
@Cruisive you can't cross breed different species together. Well, you can in some cases, but the resulting offspring are usually infertile. If they are fertile, then itnraises the question of whether they are truly different species.
@Uru Sledge it's called selective breeding. humans hundreds of years ago captured many different species at different times and cross bred them to create animals for the purpose of either eating them or exploiting them, which is very morbid
@Cruisive they don't exist in nature, huh? Where'd they come from then?
@Надежда Ярошинская it's unspeakable given we can live healthier lives on plant based food items rather rotting corpses of animals that just wanted to live their lives not bothering anyone. i hope we see a vegan world in our lifetimes. have a good night to you and your husband
Heroes. This is so inspiring. I want to have my own animal sanctuary and show the people that their friends not food.
OMgosh! I LOVE you guys!! What super happy and full lives you lead 💙 I miss the part of my life that was filled with children and animals. Now everyone is either grown and gone...or just gone 😥 (empty nester). 💔
Hello Lisa how are you doing today
my heart is about to exploade with all of this cuteness
When you're not yet vegan, how can you not go vegan after watching this? It's so beautiful warching them expierience such joy!
I love how all the animals love crawling across the dog and the dog is like whatever
@Cars are cool cuz U a troll
@GaiSensei Neemo you should try it too
@Cars are cool cool. Go have some then and stfu. 😅
Hes probably been fostering tons of animals for years, he doesn't even get surprised any more and the foster animals feed off that calmness, it's good for them both.
Doggo is chill...they come and l get to know them...then they go outside ....find new buddies...and l get to stay here with the hoomans!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
These videos are so heartwarming and so lovely to see. Thank you for the wonderful love and support you give these beautiful animals.
Eli running in the grass got me crying. I'm glad these two get to be friends forever in a good, loving home.
Was having a very sad day... alone, away from family and just inundated from all the negativity in the news today. Seems like the world has just forgotten to love at times, to care for those who need help. This video brought such warm and comfort.
I’m getting so many charlottes web vibes 😂
Marley didn't know it, but she was living the best life possible for a pig born into factory farming. Falling off that truck was a blessing in disguise. Instead of having to deal with the harsh life of factory farming, she got to live on some nice, caring sanctuaries. beautiful
...harsh death of factory farming
@Jim26D thats a really dumbass thing to say considering a carrot doesn't have a cerebral cortex or a nervous system to feel pain.
@Jim26D so you want to kill 10 carrots by feeding them to an animal to kill later instead of just killing and eating one carrot
@jj rad I am aware of all of it and factory farms are cruel, but I eat both meat and plants in order to have a healthy diet. I also have cats so it is an absolute necessity to not be vegan. They will only eat one type of food and that is chicken Cat Chow. If anything, denying them of their nutritional needs would be cruel.
@Rosalyn Christopher this world is so desensitised from anything that doesn’t impact them. That’s the problem. Once it starts to negatively impact them that’s when they will realise and turn vegan. It might even be too late. But sadly if everyone does turn vegan I don’t think it will be for the animals anyway. It will be because they have no choice. The world will be falling apart by then
You guys are AMAZING. Thank you for opening up your hearts and your homes to these beautiful souls.
It's 9 am in the UK, this video got my day off to a good start, thank you for saving these babies. 🥰
Hello Lynne how are you doing today
“Marley’s a diva” 😆🥰
Marley you are a diva! 😍😎
Beautiful. ❤ Thank you for rescuing these two beautiful animals. ❤
The little calf passing his mom on the way out is heartbreaking to watch.
@Chri Lin If you've ever heard a mother cow calling for her calf after it is taken away - well, it is heartbreaking.
@thvcore the baby is taken from his mother because people want the milk. this is what happens all day as long as people do not stop stealing the milk from the cows.
@Busted Flush I know that I was trying to dumb it down for the clearly stupid person i tagged
@Rob Van der kroft it’s called Veal. Ever eat veal piccata?
@wisewordings we also eat veal. Yep never my anymore re because he bsee how they live a solitary life nna small pig house, they are then killed for our food.
The was so heart warming💗💗💗 I'm crying I'm going to start saving animals thank you so much for doing things like this💗💗💗💗
Hello Kelly how are you doing today
so cute and adorable love it love the names 😍
This just brought so much love in my heart, had to watch several times, humans such as yourselves gives me hope🙏❤
Hello Pam how are you doing today
God bless all these people for everything they do! Truly remarkable, amazing people making this world a better place. I hope Marley and Eli have the best life ever ahead of them both ❤️
Imagine going to the beach and just seeing a piglet like omg-
@Death to morons ok…?
I had pork last night
There’s an island in the Bahamas where pigs swim 🤣🤣 they are big pigs and own the uninhabited island 🤣🤣🤣
I would’ve begged my mom
She was worn out from the drive and the instability. Like all other living creatures she just needs stability, love and a nice home. I would have been tuckered out from all of that. She’s just a lil baby. It’s wonderful to see that after all the moving around and crazy things that I’m sure terrified her that she’s now in a stable, consistent, loving environment with other animal friends and good humans. 👍
Hello Randal how are you doing today
Such impressive, unselfish wonderful work you do! Thank you all
Hello Robyn how are you doing today
Absolutely adore this menagerie & rescue centre. What a lot of lovely loveable animals.
Hello Steen how are you doing today
Thank you for taking care of these beautiful animals ❤️
“We’ll be friends forever, won’t we, Pooh?” asked Piglet. “Even longer, Piglet,” he answered.
@AnimalsAre BeautifulPeople okay vegan
@AnimalsAre BeautifulPeople which is exactly why is stopped eating birds, cows, pigs and other land animals 🤷🏼♀️
@AnimalsAre BeautifulPeople im still gonna eat chicken
@Dorothy M , I do agree with you, it is not easy to be a vegan on a budget and there is so much capitalistic hype making good quality vegan food more expensive that it needs be. But in any case, packed, super processed vegan eats are crap anyway, aside from expensive. Most good stuff can be made at home, from scratch, albeit it takes time and organization. Better to be vegetarian than go back to eating meat, if you cannot be vegan. Little by little we need to educate ourselves on how to eat better. I was never a foodie, food never was a big interest of mine when i still at meat (even as I was eating only fish, 3 times a month for years) but I developed much more pleasure in cooking and eating when I began to understand where food came from, how it was produced, and came to me, the real cost for producer, nature and the world... I began to read scientific papers about nutrients we actually need (essential nutrients) and became aware of my own vitamin D and B12 deficiency. I had anemia and vitamin D deficiency WHEN I WAS EATING MEAT. My iron levels are normal now and so is my calcium and vitamin D levels, and we do take B12 supplements and fortified oat milk and other vegetable milks. To deplete the vitamin b12 reserves in the liver after you quit animal products takes a few years, assuming you do not begin with already low levels. What most meat eaters do not know is that even eating meat, their vitamin B12 levels can be very low, due to the bad quality of the meat they consume. The bacteria that produces cyanocobalamin and methilcobalamin grows in the intestines of animals but does not originate there. It actually grows in the roots of the grass animals eat!!!! Humans cannot digest grass, so they accessed cobalamin by eating the animals that ate the grass. But because animals are raised in such bad conditions and do not have contact with dirt and the roots of fresh grass, they, themselves, are quite poor in cobalamin... the massive use of antibiotics to keep the cattle alive in such awful conditions also kills the bacteria that excretes cobalamin. Therefore, even meat eaters can be very low on B12, especially when elderly. If you ended up in the hospital only after 4 months not eating animal products, chances are you were not eating good stuff and/or you were already seriously depleted of some vital nutrients before you became a vegan. I'm sorry this happened to you. It's taken me many years to learn what I know now. I think everything about basic nutritional needs and where food comes from should be taught in school, because it is not less important that good sexual education and basic hygiene. It is one of the most useful things we can learn for our own sake and our children's
So beautiful, made me cry happy tears. All of you people who help these animals, give of your time and heart are TRUE HEROES to me! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
