Everyone keeps forgetting how smart Crazy Tails actually is. He's still able to make machines such as great as the regular Tails, he managed to sabatoge devices expertly and can even make portals to other worlds presumably. An insane man is one thing, but one with an IQ of 300 is even worse.

I am legitimately invested in the story here. This honestly feels like one of those old school Newgrounds fan series that has real effort put into it.

I’m certainly excited to see where this goes now that Secret History Tails has made his return and recruited Amy. I have a little theory that Tails is trying to find the “right Sonic,” and he’s enlisting Amy’s help to find him. What he’ll do to Amy and Sonic afterwards, who knows, but that’s why I’m excited for this!

what i’ve gathered from the story so far: so secret history tails (alternate psycho tails) in his universe killed knuckles and shadow (plus many others) to become “sonic’s best friend” and would do ANYTHING for it to happen. after so many years he figured out how to change his appearance AND go to different dimensions. he’s trying to find the “real sonic” in other dimensions. so he ends up in the “there’s something about amy” dimension next. once he’s there he murders the real tails and takes his place as an imposter version of him, sabotaging amy and sonic’s relationship in the process. he does surgery on amy and turns her into a psycho, plus drugs her and manipulates her. he believes this dimension sonic isn’t the “real” sonic so he gets amy to kill this sonic for him. when they are digging a hole in the ground to put sonic’s body we can see the real tail’s corpse already there implying that this is where the psycho tails buried him awhile ago. he wanted her to see that so he could finally show his true form to her. in the end he manipulated her AGAIN into doing what he wants. now he’s taking her to either another dimension or his old dimension so she can meet her “dream sonic” this is all gonna end terribly😬 (also fun fact the stitched parts on amy’s body after both her surgeries is the real tail’s left over corpse)

as soon as i saw part 3’s thumbnail, i knew that was the tails that thought sonic was an imposter and not his best friend. It’s kind of like amy’s side of the story but not exactly.

I hope that it’s either a happy ending, or a bad ending that hits hard, but comes to be amazing

I love the fact that 'Tails' was playing all the angles by manipulating not just Amy but Sonic as well into doing the same actions that would result in absolute failure. And while 'Tails' did say Sonic loved to run, he figuratively managed to stop Sonic from running by telling him Amy was going to be away for a few days, allowing Sonic to let his guard down and wait until his precious "Rose" appeared.

This series is honestly INSANE seeing as how this version of Tails is one of the more well known characters of Mashed, the reveal for psychotic Tails was so damn good and masterfully done, bringing him back was genius. Amy is just too desperate to give up on Sonic and I honestly felt massive dread when she spared Tails and probably even thought of him as her friend again. I wonder what Tails have planned for Amy now, seeing as he is batshit insane leads me to think it will be something absolutely crazy, or who knows, maybe he really wants to help, after all, what are friends for?

So, what i figured out is that since the Sonic & Tails Secret History, Tails has been going through several universes to find the real Sonic, since he couldn't create one himself. But all the Sonics he found were "impostors" (Because they don't see Tails as the center of the universe, like this one, who was much more interested in Amy than Tails), so he killed them.

Tbh, while I do LOVE the twist and the canonical extension of the Sonic and Tail's secret history episode, it doesn't really follow through well... UNLESS that episode was AFTER the fact or something... cuz sonic looked hecka older in the documentary. Don't know about Amy tho. She did have her limbs redone tho, so... And the documentary couldn't have been BEFORE this series cuz man, they look like fracken children in here... and isn't knuckles in the first episode? When tails killed him in the episode years ago? I do love the twist, but it just don't add up. Great animation, beautiful voice acting, and wonderful story-telling, but the two episodes separately don't add up to me. Feel free to counter-claim my opinions below. I would love for someone to clear up these plots holes I see.

I'm 47 years old and used to play Sonic the Hedgehog on Sega Genesis when it first came out when I was a teen in the early 90s. I haven't seen anything related to Sonic since then. My guess on what Tails and Amy are going to do is add more versions of Sonic's friends, and Tails would be the one to mentally destroy them and want to be with Sonic, creating a perfect group of friends for Sonic. Next target is going to be Knuckles.

I watched this series and I just found out about the Sonic's secret history. And I have a mind-exploding theory about it. Well, when the Tails meant to be the Sonic's best friend and Sonic rejected him, and Tails became insane he wanted to find a way to let his insanity out, just killing the people wasn't enough. He made another dimension and learned to change his body. The Amy, Sonic, Knuckles wasn't the real ones. Or maybe Amy was, but her memory was erased. And the real Sonic were depressed that the real Amy has dissapeared, so Tails manipulates Amy and Sonic. He doing this all because of revenge

And maybe Tails also wants to keep Amy as a crazy friend like him
