I find it very poetic is that on his last run, the run where he gets his 9:59, he starts the run saying once deep fear is done he's "never playing TMF ever again for any reason." He spent years working on that goal and at that moment he had no idea he would be playing it for the last 9:59 seconds for the rest of his life.

And you of course delivered the "this run" with first the silence and focus, and then the iconic music with the climax of the run. Never forget the fact that when the sub 10 minutes TAS run was released for 128³ Deep Fear when Mudda saw it he said it made him feel discouraged to continue the hunt for sub 10 because of the amount of perfection needed and the amount of microadjustment required to get the perfect small speed slides at every turn and reducing air time to absolute minimum on every drop was just simply impossible to be done by a human and YET he did it anyway. What a legend! Mudda is such a wholesome guy fr props to him love you bro

The fact that Wirtual's 13 hour run was still 4th on the leaderboard for so long proves how insane this map is to even finish at all

The crazy part is he's 1 of only 6 finishers according to the tmnf-x leaderboard (5th) so he was probably right in terms of those numbers, they sort off add up to the history of replays as well!@@NotNotMemes

Mudda is seriously my TM hero. The most inspirational player i've ever witnessed. And genuinely one of the nicest people ever. Godspeed Mudda.

Trackmania is the peak of speed running in my eyes. The many maps to the many runners ambitions to be the best I'll always be here to watch history be made.

So much to say. First the dedication he showed was insane. An incredible record. Secondly, anytime i hear that jazz start to play i just smile.

The fact the map creator spent 500 hours to make the perfect map is one of the incredible aspects to the story

Not gonna lie that is one of the best speedrun world records I've ever seen. Nobody will ever beat that.

This run says so much about the human power of dedication, how we can achieve anything if we put enough work and are surrounded with enough love.

It’s crazy, last night I just watched his no respawn run again and here comes a wirtual documentary. Love it.

It would really be insane to see all the tire marks from his multiple runs, bad or good just to see how persistent and insane his mental fortitude and patience is, there's very few people in the world that will dedicate such a massive amount of time to a single thing.

Your way of storytelling is so enchanting that I find myself deeply invested in Trackmania even though I don't enjoy racing games myself.

I have never played Trackmania myself but these videos Wirtual makes here are just mesmerizing! Great storytelling and incredible effort and discipline from the players.

He punished himself so hard, what a ridiculous level of mastery... It's so satisfying to watch such a complicated structure fly by so quickly knowing a little about what it took to make that happen, it borders on the divine. Mudda's Deep Fear is by far the most impressive Trackmania performance I've seen. I hope he feels some deep joy if he also sometimes goes back to rewatch it.

That last snippet of his incredible run was exactly as described: memerizing

I love the sentiment you built the video upon. Hard work, perseverance, and commitment. I've spent a good deal of my life playing video games, but I don't feel like I'm born with the natural talent to cultivate like other people have. Everything I get, every achievement I reach in anything, I have to claw, bite and gouge for. I'll settle for now being the record holder in Michigan for a TM2020 map, but I know it's not enough for me. I'm going to feel the need to push another limit. I'm not even good enough to get author medals on all of the campaign maps, and it's gonna be a long road, but for a moment, something about this video made me feel recognized.

Damn September is the month of Deep Fear documentaries. It's the second one. Not that i'm mad. I think EGO and Wirtual both do a great job.

This might be the closest run to a tas, i've ever seen. Even Though its still around 30s (to the TAS) the build up the speed, the precise control and the endurance to stay focused for almost 10min, makes this as the title say, the best trackmania run i've ever seen. Kudos to Mudda for such an Incredible run and Wirtual for telling such a amazing story. Thank you❤!
