I think the name should be the “goliathans” seeing as though the real Goliath was known for being taller than the clouds and have godly strength.

I'm so inspired by your builds! I'm making a similar version of your floating island stepping stones in my realm to hold up a floating bridge that doesn't quite span the ravine. I'll be trying it with Deepslate bricks, crimson trapdoors over shroomlights, and maybe cobbled deepslate wall for the bottom-most piece.

I'm loving the way the lore lores its way XD Maybe you could build a huge statue of yourself and say that's your actual look and you took the form and height of a humanoid to communicate with the petty humans, use their tools and go to nether, since gods don't fit in. How else would someone build details and mine the land's mineral wealth with the huge hands of an 11ft god?

With the ancient debris around 9:30, that is quite interesting. I found some covered by quartz as well the other day on my 1.19 survival, so maybe there is a correlation about where the pieces of debris generate in comparison to quartz?

You could name your empire something like “dei semoto” which means “Gods reach” in Latin. Pretty much anything in Latin would sound cool though

Semoto means something like distant/remote, but its an adjective. Basically you wrote "of a/for a distant of god. What about" summa dei" - " god's peak"?

It’s funny how similar Joel and Grian’s build concepts are this season. Mostly different designs but similar concept. Nether portals are the most similar both being super cool broken circles. Looking forward to watching both builds evolve over the seasons!

How about Mount Aeolus? Aeolus is the god of winds and considering the islands are floating it somewhat fitting (also it's the same number of syllables as Olympus).

Yeah, the ancient debris can technically be anywhere between y8 to y119, it's just far more common the lower you go. I've only ever found 2 pieces randomly higher up.

I would love to see you build a farm island. Where the water that's used to hydrate the plants run down from the island and into the pond.

This is only the second time I’ve ever seen someone discover ancient debris above the move common level for it, some people don’t know that it’s technically at every level of the nether, but so rare compared to how rare it already is at the mining level for it

If not “the Delosian” Empire, how about “The Delosian Sky” ORIGINAL COMMENT: you should name it the “Delosian Empire” Delos is the floating island in greek mythology that was Apollos sanctuary (it eventually got anchored to the sea but we don’t talk about that)

I think it would be a really pretty touch to add floating lanterns around the base because you have floating islands

Since your lore seems to revolve around Greek Mythology, plus your fountain being in the middle and first of your creations, here are some names that could correlate! Castalia: a nymph transformed into a fountain by the god Apollo Peirene/Naiad: a nymph of springs, rivers, lakes, and fountains Egeria: a goddes of fountains Arethusa: changed into a fountain by the goddess Artemis It would also be pretty cool if you named some animals after gods/goddesses! I love this series!

You should name your empire (or something in your empire) Aetherium/Aetherius! it pertains to the sky or air, but can also mean something heavenly and celestial which I think is a great name for an empire! The Aether Empire, or Aetherium Empire, sounds great doesn't it? Also, don't know if you're doing a mega base but what about the name Celestial Palace for it? Pertaining to heaven but also the sky or space!
