I'm actually on that routine now I got a set of 1.45 minute of full body exercise from push ups to pull ups to squats to dips and etc and practice boxing 6 days a week it's amazing you actually can build a solid dense body with that and I'm guy that used to about 225lbs from lifting weights it's just not the same but I'm not going to lie there are benefits to both so if you got the time do that
