I grew up with guys like this, they would get into the drug game and get some money and live fast lifestyles like they were in GTA in real life before they all inevitably got arrested, shot, or lost all their money. But Huey isn't really "breaking the 4th wall" in this, or any other episode where he points out what's going to happen. For a character to "break the 4th wall", they have to speak directly to the audience. The "4th wall" is the one between the audience and the characters: if Huey was interacting directly with the audience, then he'd be breaking through that supposed invisible wall. But he's talking directly to the characters instead, so him predicting what is going to happen is not really an example of that. Rather, him predicting what is going to happen is actually supposed to be the results of his intelligence, his ability to think ahead, his aptitude for pattern recognition, his ability to read people (and expect the worst of them), and his overall cynical outlook on life. If you pay attention to how he figures things out in other episodes, you'll see that he doesn't just come up with predictions out of thin air. For example, in "Or die trying", he was able to predict that it would be the worst day of Jasmine's life because he knew she was a innocent minded girl who had no idea just how immoral Grandad and Riley could get, and what the results of their antics could be. In "Guess Hoe's Coming to Dinner", he knew Crystal wasn't good for Grandad and tried to warn him about it, simply because of what he knew about the type of woman she was. All of his warnings and predictions on the show all come from his particular view of the world, and not because of 4th wall breaking moments, or him being an avatar of Aaron McGrudder. Keep in mind that Huey isn't perfect, and even he gets things wrong at times, too, so he doesn't know everything that will happen. He's not omniscient, and he isn't a one-to-one representation of McGrudder. If Huey was just a character that knew and predicted everything just because he was a direct representation of the shows creator, I doubt he would be nearly as endearing and entertaining a character as he is.

I always liked how the message of this episode is that the drug trade and gangster lifestyle never works out and ends with literally everyone being shot to death and Riley losing everything, but is one of the most quotable and idealized episodes because despite all the consequences the allure of money and fame is too much to pass up. It’s some S+ storytelling when you can show the bad end and still have dudes going like bro that’s the lifestyle I wanna live

I don't know what is more embarrassing, that Jaz wants an iphone case or that the quality of prizes are so spot on. I remember busting my ass on candy, magazines and cards just for a couple stupid fluffy weeples with googly eyes. GOOGLY EYES! And sometimes they didn't have googly eyes, just felt eyes. For $10 I could have made a hundred weeples in a weekend and sold them for 50 cents a pop like crack to my friends and made enough for any NES game I wanted each month. I could have slung that shit like crack at all the craft fairs I went to as well, even sold some fancy ones with cardboard hats and crowns for a buck!
