Welcome back! This is interesting and a bit sad. I love my AirPods Pro, but they’re nearing 2 years and not quite the same anymore. So I’m tempted to check out the SuperPods or whatever, but 1) I doubt they would last as long with how much I use them 2) Kind of let down that this potential alternative exists while my brainwashing is really pulling me toward Apple genuine. 😬

You can also try Wyze Buds Pro for $70 with active noise cancelling. I have loved mine since they came out. They are a little smaller and come in black.

Got a £30 AirPods rip off and I love them, they connected to my phone easily and felt great and the hinge was really sturdy, it broke after 10 months but that was fine because I got the pros after

I bought some good copies of AirPods pro and they were great at first but later had issues discontinued via Bluetooth. Nothing beats the H1 chip in the originals.

Hey. You should do the flashlight test with them, and see if they're hollow, or if the manufacturer got that part right. Basically, if you're not familiar with it, what you do is shine a bright flashlight at the AirPod Pros, and if they show up hollow, and light passes through, then that's the only thing they are missing, but if they're opaque, and no light passes through, that means it'll be even more difficult to determine if they're real or not, and that company that made that knockoff headset has thought of everything.

But be prepared for potentially getting a worse product than shown in the video

Honestly. I bought fake airpods pros for 20 dollars. My sister has the original airpods pros and the fakes literally feel the exact same. Even the earbuds themselves. No noise cancellation but its still very comfortabel and blocks out all the noise

Yeah sellers will call different replicas the same name just to advertise their worse product better... Buy only from trusted sellers or you might not get lucky

I technically got scammed by these because my dad thought he was giving me real AirPods. The ones I had had touch controls that were extremely sensitive. Like- a mild breeze would pause your music.

These are probably made in the same factory as the apple branded ones. Apple orders 50,000 units, the factory makes an extra 10,000 to sell.

No joke I found a pair like these cakled i3 pro for 10 $ at a flee market (worth 40$) and broke them in the wash, but my actual 10$ work just as well for a reasonable price.

I got scammed I bought some for £40 and the case's charging stopped working. It didn't wirelessly charge. The earbud tips kept falling out in my ear. Wasn't safe at all. Then the case snapped at the top when I closed it. Learnt a lesson, never buy fake tech ever again. Now I'm left with real airpod gen 1s but they are so old only my right one works. 😭

@Chris007 oh I forgot to read the edit. Nah the one that doesn’t work was because one day I was tryna clean it but then a piece of the speaker inside fell out. The actual mesh was not in the airpod as my brother gave me them a few months back. He took them out because it was stuck on the speaker.

@Chris007 Too late I got a hammer from my shed and destroyed em cos I was bored 💀. It wasn’t the actual AirPods that stopped to work. It was the case, it stopped charging and eventually died meaning it couldn’t charge the AirPods inside. Thanks tho brother.

I even found one very close to original one. Like it was showing warranty in phone !!! Even though i was so confused Cause Theres was sound delay (latency) typing on keyboard. Besides theres was noise cancellation and transparency mode but not harder as the original.it was bit laggy and sloww while switching to different mode. I got more confused Later i couldn’t find anything like to say No to seller. Suddenly remembered that matching the serial number from the setting menu with the box and case itself Boomm it was matching too !! Still i new it was copy !! Because there wasnt any haptic feedback while pressing the button on pods ! It was touch only not even close to real one.. thats y i was on doubt So i quickly checked again through the serial number with pods L and R Both serial number was different from the pods physically. I saved like 130 bucks
