I'm sorry I was gone for a few weeks, and as I mentioned in the video, T1 will be helping in the future with making the videos. We were both physically inside the game chasing an enemy champion - me duct taped to a rolling chair, with something like a gardening hoe in my hands, him pushing my chair while running along the lane, yelling "stay on him, stay on him, keep autoing, keep autoing!" I was desperately trying to hit the enemy with the hoe, but he was just a tiny bit out of reach all the time...

Nice to hear more thoughts about the game, As a Talon main currently goredrinker and conq is a lot better than electrocute and prowlers claw/duskblade/etc., lacking something with Tiamat active sucks. talon also still does good dmg with bruiser items and can not get one shot and can duel tanks.

Bruiser compartment items suck please give us back cutlass or prevent Bramble from proccing Conqueror, players can lose lane early and then pick up bramble for cheap and become borderline unkillable and since bruiser compartment items are weaker and don’t give as strong a passive your early game carry potential will be significantly hampered

The Imperial Mandate tweak is probably meant to target the other classes that are abusing this item, such as Ashe or Evelynn (with Rylais). Realistically, others don't follow up with the second proc that often so the total damage of the item is still very similar.

23:15 is when you start talking about seraphine and honestly, i agree with EVERYTHING YOU SAID. this is the SAME exact patch they are pushing morgana out of mid (which had one of the lowest playrates in that lane btw), but pushing sera into mid when her waveclear is similar, if not better?? they remove lulu, karma, janna, sona, soraka, even ZYRA from solo lanes, but push sera mid when she is doing fine as support... why? dont even get me started on zyra. its obvious her fans want zyra MID not support... but riot forces zyra support. we only play her support because that is the only role we can play her without getting flamed. btw i will give everyone a tip. play sera bot lane with an enchanter. she will get her w heal out more consistently with a shield bot lane partner, and since most supports have cc, she can empower her e as well. it also makes it easier to stack notes with a lane partner. 34:28 i am a fan of them lowering support item cost (mainly cus i play support XD). the change to mandate was to make it more skewed towards support rather than a cheap powerspike for mids (which im sure u inferred lol). personally, as an enchanter main, the last thing i want to be doing in a game is dealing more damage. if i wanted to do damage, id be playing mid lane or some carry role. i play support to bring utility that no other role can. so do i like mandate being the default item? not really. but moonstone and locket are viable flex picks. shurelyas is troll though LOL.

Something you missed I think is that the Kayn Q nerf actually hits him twice per cast, because both the dash + slash do damage. So his clear is def pretty adversely affected.

I would argue that, while it is probably still better than before, the item shop reccomendations shove mythic first item down your throat which is not the ideal choice for a lot of champions (Kayle being the most popular most likely).

30:45 Ez still eating a fat nerf here because it doesn't proc on his W or E like it did last year. Yeah he loses the R but he didn't have that interaction before.

I mean he hasn't played at all this preseason. He's basing his knowledge on second hand high elo information that won't apply to low elo plebs.

The Rageblade change should simply be to allow abilities that have conditions other than critical strike chance to critically strike as normal even with Rageblade. I'm pretty sure that before this patch, things like MFs Q after killing a target wouldn't crit if you had Rageblade, just to name an example. For Tryndamere it should be unchanged, as being unable to crit = 0% crit chance as far as his E cd goes.

I find it interesting that some of your analysis is different from phreak's with numbers like winrates and damage values etc. Like irelia for example you say is very good and one the best top lane fighters however phreak thinks she is rather weak and wont be OP even assuming that people are building wrong.

Well LS also hasn't been keeping up and is getting most of his info second hand from high elo Korea. Still useful, but less relevant for low elo NA and EU vs. Phreak's statistical approach.
