I love how honest Kenny is!! If he's having a good day or a bad day he isn't afraid to say so, and tell everyone why. The same old cookie cutter answers get old, so I like seeing a bit of personality on the mic. Chase doesn't know what to do with his hands during pressers so he comes off as awkward 🤣, and Jett is still a kid so he's just all over the place lol. Also, we need Daniel Blair back!!!

Kenny wasn’t passing Jett regardless. Look at the lap times. He realized he didn’t have to win and then slowed it down. If you don’t think Jett could’ve pushed and ended up winning that’s ridiculous. Sure Kenny could have got him, but it wasn’t a given. At all.

Jo and deegan will probably be the top 250 guys next. Kind wish he staying on pc , honestly think they have the 2nd fastest bike. But Jo rode for gieco , and hrc has seem to makes gains.

I agree about Jo's English. To think he didn't speak any not long ago. He now understands various context of the language, slang and can communicate very articulately.

Jo is the man and I love seeing him doing well. He just needs to keep his confidence up and he'll be a beast to deal with. It's awesome when JS7 is commentating his races too, I love hearing "let's go Far East Coast" and "that ain't no average Jo!" RC is the GOAT of moto, but not commentary lol, Weige and JS7 are better together..... but we still need Daniel Blair back trackside!! ✌️

@@InspectorButters4 James is a great commentator. Ricky isn't that bad nor close to as good. The others, wiege included, are just not that good. Motocross is just different. You don't have many standouts in the sport that care about commentating or giving back to the sport in the same way as others. You have shaq and Barkley in basketball, you've seen McMahon, the Peyton's, golic, Bradshaw and may others throughout the years in football. Moto is just different. Most sports when it comes to practice and even in competition you get short breaks in between. Not to come across as a Deegan family fan boy, but Brian made a great point about the grind of moto that many don't understand. When they throw their leg over a bike, be it in practice or a race, they risk everything and go all out for the duration of competition. The mental fears riders have to overcome are endless. They are on a new playing ground most every race, it's not a basketball court or 100 yard football field wherever they go. They have to figure out what gear and how much throttle is it going to take to clear and land this obstacle every competition and every one is different. Their constant risk of danger throughout their career is like no others. I would assume therefore after their career ends they then subconsciously, and rightfully so, take the rest of their lives taking the breaks, making up time, other sports athletes have had between the whistles. I would think the last thing a retired moto racer would like to transition to is a commentator. I'll take the goat and the fastest man.

DB rides the Lawrence brother too much imo, he started to get annoying with it in his last few seasons. Not that I dislike the Lawrence brothers but imo a reporter needs to a whole lot less biased, its just not very professional

Chicago weather turned out to be the 23rd rider here. It had rained hard enough before they began building the track that they had to change it and take some of the more supercross stuff off. Then the race had light rain/drizzle during qualifying. Kind of turned it more outdoor like than was some expected.

Don't be suprised when Rafe starts his pro career with a throwback number 18. Ken and Jett had a great battle going on, and I think that Jett really let him by with the best intent.

Watching Jett thru out this press conference, I gotta tell ya, this dude does not like it when he isn’t the focus of everyone’s attention. If the entire waving Ken by as an excuse not to get passed wasn’t enough. Anytime the question wasn’t directed toward him one example being the question was to Ken and Chase and he looked visibly irritated as he begins to do these weird things with his hands and face, and gesturing to someone in the audience. Literally the question after that the media guy says this is for chase and he sits back in his chair again visibly irritated lol. I don’t think Kenny was too happy with Jett letting him by. If it made a difference in standings, I think it would be a bit better. But hey, a win is win for the record books. Also, was Chase like the only one riding supercross setup? I saw pre-race video on Thursday or Friday where they talked to a bunch of riders and everyone said they were racing outdoor setup.

Why would kenny care? He knew why Jett did it and anyone smart would have done the same when it didn’t change the results at all and kept everyone safe instead of 2 guys sending it and risking going down for no reason.

You realize last weekend was Jett's first ever SX race on a 450 and he had 2 weeks to come up with a set up. Everyone else in the class bolted on their sx stuff and started practicing. Jett spent 2 weeks coming up with a set up from basically scratch. That's a huge factor.

Ken is 10 points back. The most you can gain on second place is 9 (75 for 1st 66 for second) in a triple points round. Ken needs both Jet and chase to have problems. Not much chance of that.

No one was doing it because it made up zero time. Going triple then doubling the last 2 rollers was way smoother into the next double. Going quad single is rarely better than triple double.

I know Ken, Chase, and AC do train together alot but it's just not the same as being teammates and having ur buddy in the team truck with u. 100% agree. Jett knows he's competitors strengths and weakness extremely well. He hasn't raced Kenny enough to fully sound him out. I'm sure this was an intel gathering move (and limiting intel to Kenny. In addition to risk management, no battle = lower chance of crashing etc.with nil change to the overall.

If i were to let someone pass me, for any reason, i wouldnt make it super clear why I did it. Just slow down or something. I think Jetts answer was truthful and well intended, but sometimes we learn hard lessons.

Couple of comments. 1. Why do the riders look like they lost their best friend. Ken is the only one enjoyable to listen to. 2. For the life of me I don't understand why we watch Hunter cross the finish line and nobody else. I thought their were other riders there. It's like Nascar...when the leader crosses the finish line they don't show anybody else instead they show a crew jump up and down like they are in a mosh pit. This has got to be the stupidist thing. I really would like to see atleast the top 5 or 10 cross the finish line instead of the winner idle over to the podium. Then talk to them. Strange, I thought it was a RACE.

How exactly did it change the points? Kenny would have went 3-2 and chase 2-3 so even if Kenny didn’t pass Jett he would have still got 2nd overall and chase 3rd. Unless I’m not understanding how they are doing the points for it.

Please consider removing the NARCISIST, RC4, as an announcer/commentator. We have had enough of a lifetime of his selfish behavior, and it's easy to read that RC4 has poisoned all the others to be his puppets.
