Suga Sean is the MAN!! Everyone says how you can learn so much from Conor, but Sean is someone these fighters need to learn from.. He knows how to parlay his UFC Platform, make himself interesting (by just being himself, and turning the volume up at times), actually putting thought into his interviews, while also being in interviews with the (outside casual fans that have a younger audience & different demographic), using cool merchandise ideas, and just overall making himself a self-made star, while using UFC's platform to help him.. He isn't dumb to realize that everyone in the all of the land, picture UFC as the BEST Organization!! And while say a Corey Anderson, Anthony Pettis, Mike Perry, etc. go to a Bellator, Triller, whatever it may be.. They may make more money in the short-term off of their INITIAL Fight Contracts (because they are coming off UFC, so other promotions think that those fighters will bring their following with them), but they are DEAD IN THE WATER, from a Possible Superstar Perspective.. Because the reason of their following is from being in UFC, the brand is so strong, that it's like send Tom Brady to Canadian football League.. It may get some buzz with the initial signing and first game or so.. But, he would be quickly forgotten about.. Sean is smart in that he is building his brand legit!! He needs to keep doing what he's doing, but also realize that his performances are what helps keep it going from, "My hardcore fanbase" to "Casuals saw me kick ass Saturday Night, now they wanna buy my shit, because I'm the hot news for the week!!" So make sure the performances are 1st and foremost, he doesn't have to win em all, doesn't have to necessarily be champ (although I want that so bad for the guy) but, he has to have built in storylines, and when/if he loses has to bounce back from it and not go on 3-4 fight losing streaks.. But eventually he will build his brand to a point to where, when he is done with UFC or fighting in general, he'll have some loyal dedicated fans, that'll keep him in business as long as he turns into BIGGER "Content Creator" as his career ends.. But he definitely has the right idea.. He reminds me of when The Young Bucks of AEW Wrestling were on the Independent Wrestling Scene.. They always thought of cool merchandise, shirts, etc, they made sure to keep there name out on places most Indy Wrestlers wouldn't get opportunities to be on, and they just both have that "Build our Brand" "Hustle" mentality, that they have the right idea when it comes to truly making the most out of being an Independent Contractor..

they do chill a lot when suga is off his training. so after fights, you should see him around in the videos now. When he gets into training mode he has to solo with his team and get locked in. pretty cool how he can go from straight partying like crazy, then switch it off and 100% focus on the next fight and be an actual top S tier fighter.

I love how Sean mentioned how the half life of caffeine is 8 hours. Alot of people don’t realize just how long caffeine stays in your system and affects your sleep wether you realize it or not. If you aren’t familiar with the concept of a half life I recommend looking into it, knowing the half life of any substance a person may be taking can be very helpful.

Oldest just got excepted into LSU , another is captain of high-school debate team and my 8 year old daughter is winning tournaments for jujitsu. My father was a great man that taught me how to provide for my family and a trade. He showed me how to put family first and ALWAYS be there for me even though he didn't agree with everything I was doing. He was always there for me when I needed him. I'm the father I am today because of him. What did your dad accomplish with you or what have your kids accomplished?????
