Hello Sony, please step up on you tv line up... Are you not alarmed by the reviews on youtube from people who works in the TV technology. Please most of your TVs from 2017 to 2021 which you are showing on videos are actually not improvement from previous models... This will provide less excitement for TV lovers, specially for those LOYAL SONY CONSUMERS. Dont let them switch. Far more the brand name is losing the power to the consumer, totally fading and falling behind the competition. I hope you would listen to the consumer on what they want to see and experience specially when you will put such a hype on your videos promoting your new tv line up for 2021....
