It's actually pretty common for people to hold contradictory beliefs. Early this week i saw another one of those videos of a feminist calling out a women inside a public bathroom and tryind to make her leave for being trans. A cisgender women at that.

I'd argue that those aren't actual trans allies though. they probably don't really do much listening or fighting for the trans community and likely contribute to a lot of the gatekeeping
