Create healthy habits to keep off the weight (if that's what you desire), keep your mental health in checked (journal or any creative outlet), and take care of yourself first ( good hygiene and eating) . 🤍 & understand change happens too.

You're amazingly beautiful because what people don't tell you that healthy is what you should aim for, at longs you are happy and healthier mentally it makes you feel better physically, emotionally and spiritually. You're fine. Stop worrying because if I don't care then others around you won't. But you shouldn't because healthy comes in all shapes and sizes.

It is noticable, and its totally fine! Everybody has fluctuations (especially if you struggle with health problems). The fact that she talks about it is so amazing to me! Really makes me respect her more as a person. Usually its not talked about by celebrities, like its an elephant in the room, and the topic gets hidden. She really is amazing and looks great in every shape ♥️

The medication for lupus causes parts of her body (especially the face) to get swollen and I hate how people drag her for looking "puffy" when she literally has a serious illness. Also being on a skinny diet while having an illness is REALLY unhealthy so I'm glad she's not doing it.

It's not just normal fluctuation. She's on medication that makes you gain a ton of weight specifically in your face that she can't do anything about.
