    I want to share with you my Six pack journey. I have always wanted to go to that level so that I can see my core into its potential and in 2016 I had a lot of embarrassing and frustrating moments when I had to hold my breath so that I may look better on the photos, I needed to cover my love handles with longer T-shirt etc. etc.. I was pissed of and started training more often and the 6 pack result came very easy. If I knew that this body transformation would happen that easy, I would have done it earlier in the past! It took me 5 months, however I had no strict diet and I was eating chocolate from time to time, so I could have done it even faster. Together with fitness, I also continued doing my cardio, I was playing soccer 2 times per week, I ran every Saturday and did swimming once per week. @Activ8 Respect for that. Good for you and I wish you the Best like everybody. But you shouldn´t name your Video Road to sixpack/ and My Bodytransformation when you where almost there. Its a little change not a "Transformation" what you did. There are tons of real Transformation videos in youtube that had a very hard time to reach their dream body.

All them Core/Abs exercises are great, as I do many of them myself. However, no matter how many or how consistent you are with doing them, you will never truly see your 6 pack abs unless you also change your diet. It's just the same as when you see bodybuilders in their bulking phase. They get real big and have big undefined muscles, it's not until they diet down is when you can actually see the muscle definition. Your abs are muscles and with a layer of fat covering them, they will feel harder but you won't be able to see much difference with the naked eye. You need to do the Core/Ab exercises to build and firm the muscles up, but you need to at the same time do a lot of cardio and eat a clean healthy diet with the correct macros(protein, fat, carbohydrates ratio) for you. Mix up your cardio(i.e. HIIT, Steady State, Hills, Stairs, Circuit Training with High reps and Little rest in between etc.. to get faster results). However if you continue unhealthy eating patterns or healthy eating but consume to many "Healthy Calories" everyday or often, then you will never see them abs.
