    I want to share with you my Six pack journey. I have always wanted to go to that level so that I can see my core into its potential and in 2016 I had a lot of embarrassing and frustrating moments when I had to hold my breath so that I may look better on the photos, I needed to cover my love handles with longer T-shirt etc. etc.. I was pissed of and started training more often and the 6 pack result came very easy. If I knew that this body transformation would happen that easy, I would have done it earlier in the past! It took me 5 months, however I had no strict diet and I was eating chocolate from time to time, so I could have done it even faster. Together with fitness, I also continued doing my cardio, I was playing soccer 2 times per week, I ran every Saturday and did swimming once per week. Nice work and progress, but honestly u looked before pretty good as well. It is always great when you push boundaries and improve yourself, but it sounds like you been horribly fat before or something. I think you had body before most of average men have tbh.

I agree with you in theory, but for some reason I have felt bad, self-esteem and shitty self-esteem all my life, being neither fat nor skinny. I see much fatter people who appear to be very sure of themselves and I think that there is something wrong with me, I don't know if it will be an innate issue or instilled by society.

This is my 10th days of working out. My goal is just to get a flat belly and a line in the middle not six packs or big biceps etc. I do plank and its crazy tiring for first 5 days but after that it feels a bit easier.

For the immune system now, what you can do is to have a good sleep, try to avoid bad food as your body digests them slowly and when working on the toxins, the immune system cannot focus on the other important tasks, when you get back to normal, don’t let very high intensity workouts to attract you, find the one that challenges you, but doesn’t kill you :) After all, man, remember that only with long walks you can also get back to shape, my wife after we got birth of our baby boy, she lost 10 kilos l, only with long walks and the right healthy food, so really man, small things make big inpacts in our lives. Stay strong man!

@Activ8 bro, I got an update, I fell very very sick this wednesday that all of people on my house were spooked. I got a crazy hot fever for five long days, and I have to take a lot of medicines including paracetamol. I guess working out by plans from fitness app is not a great idea as it rips my immune so fast during pandemic (I double checked my personalization and everything seems alright said by the app, it's just the session they gave to me was torturing aka not suitable for me). I almost dead on Wednesday. 😂 I'll be back on the mat when I'm ready, also, I heard about MyFitnessPal, I'll check it out.
