I am stunned by the entrepreneurial creativity of Epic. It started as a successful game mode (battle royal). They've developed that game and kept it relevant and successfull through massive collabs and keeping it fresh. Now they transition into making it an early version of the metaverse. I can't think of any company that is so viosnary and forward-pressing and evolving like Epic is. Just amazing.

I think that this is Epics way of monopolizing the future of game development. They already own the unreal engine which is leaps and bounds ahead of any other design platform. Now they have made it towhere almost anyone can develope a standalone game using fortnite as a base starting point. I really think that even other AAA game development studios are going to be using UEFN to produce new titles in the future. Which should ensure that epic gets a cut or at very least has control over what assets make it to the market and how games are developed as a whole. Great strategic move by epic on this one! If I had any money to speak of I'd put it all in epic stocks and let it ride!

Uhm... yeah I don't think any respectable AAA game development studio is going to be using UEFN to make new IPs or even existing games in any shape or form- UE exists for that reason.

creative 2.0 is one of the best stuff that has been added to the game. creative 2.0 is going to change fortnite so much like even so new players will come to it because of UEFN. i just can’t wait until people learn it and create the best maps. this probably would be the best thing after chapter 1.

@Onthedaily a 5 year advantage on newer players is massive. I’m very familiar with gaming mechanics to a point it doesn’t matter which game mode they make, I’ll likely be above average at all of them. As newer more popular games modes are made I’m positioned pretty well to develop my skills over other gamers. The player base will definitely surpass its peak in chapter 1

I already have started messing around with this software, It is so fun to use. My family is in awe at how easily I can create a realistic gamemode so fast.

I normally play on 90-120 fps. I turned up a few settings like 1-2 ticks and then I went into the forest demo thing and was stuck on 11 fps 🤣

Wow this is gonna be sick! The creator will have endless possibilities..Its already impressive what people can do with ROBLOX engine, imagine with UEfortnite.

Somebody should make it possible for us to play past seasons. I would love to go back and play some of my favorite seasons!!

It’s a scimitar but was its design mixed with a katana to match the Japanese Oni theme? Or is it strictly a scimitar I mentioned his pickaxe looks like mystica’s new pickaxe in the battlepass (the ash glow blade) my friend disagreed arguing mysticas blade is katana based and Pk’s is just Middle East scimitar. Yea, that's the only problem I can see so far with creative 2,0, but I mean, he said he had max graphics on at the start of the video

he was using ultra settings, ray-tracing (it's called differently in fortnite for some reason ''lumen''), shadows, reflections, so yeah... but if you play on your normal settings, you should keep the same, or even more fps than you usually get, since this is an upgrade in performance, not downgrade

@Denzel Molina what do you mean by upgrade? Those plants are gonna take a while lot of fps weather you are on the best or worst visual settings in the game

There’s endless possibilities with creative 2.0 and how new Fortnite collabs will be like people or epic could create maps like an attack on titan map and fighting titans with odm gear and also like nba by making a basketball game when they add new mechanics. Fortnite could do a lot with creative 2.0 and how if they make creative maps for the collabs it a could be great. Another thing is that if they could do creator Royale or something where they get different creative teams and they all try to make the best map that epic games could sponsor or give them a specific cosmetic or item
