@Grant P I’m a bears fan, to be fair — it was the oline and nagy that were the main issues. Trubisky wasn’t great and he does look better, but he’s always shown flashes. That’s why we kept him lol.

I think the problem with the Steelers offense is this Tubisky guy at quarterback. I'd rate him as average to maybe just above average, but he looks a lot better than he did with the Bears. We'll have to watch him over the season. I just don't think he's that accurate with the deep throws, but it looks like he's working on his game, and getting better.

Here’s a crazy stat I’d like to point out. McPherson made the longest kick in Bengals franchise history of 59 yards in the same game that he missed that clutch XP. In 2020 Chris Boswell of the steelers also set a franchise record of 59 yards. He also missed an XP in that same game.

I like watching a close game like this where every phase of the game is going back and forth for both teams, and you have stuff like a lot of turnovers and missed kicks, but still have great plays being made.

"What is happening here?!" Is an all time great call. 1. Real emotion 2. It came out like he was thinking it a couple of times before but didn't say it. 3. It's a game but his reaction was just a real life response to anything crazy that someone could witness. Top 20 all time call.

@Aktzin I agree. I like Trubisky but everyone knew, even those on ESPN, that Mitch is a filler QB until Pickett has had a good amount of time and is ready to start. He did real good in preseason but now its the regular season and its different cause opposing teams bring different defensive schemes that they keep in their back pocket.

As a life long Steelers fan they should of lost this game 7 times ago, cardic kids kept fighting and this was a heart thumper. But what a way to open the 90th season of Steeler football, hope Watt is ok along with Harris who were injured late in the game.

Short term pain is the Bengals losing Long term pain.. is realizing that the because of this game Steelers now got nobody 🤣 No defensive presence and no primary running back all for majority of the season whereas Tee only got a concussion and will be back soon So although as a Bengals fan seeing the Steelers get the W here was rough, we'll play em again when they have nobody and then who will get the last laugh Back to back loses for Steelers will be a nice sight to see as well (This isn't even being salty this is just the harsh reality behind it)

I'm a fan of the Steelers def mainly cuz of Watt. He's a BEAST on the D-Line. And this is my 3rd season of watching the NFL so I didn't really know what to think of the Bengals or J.B., but daaaammmnn It's amazing how he takes all those hits & manages to bring his team out of a deficit
