If I may recommend do a “seven chakra balance and healing” meditation beforehand for 15 minutes “Taos Wind Spirit” channel has lots of beautiful 15 minute chakra cleansing videos. Then listen to this video afterwards. If you do this everyday, you will start to feel very calm you will notice yourself not reacting emotionally when other people try to push your buttons…also things that normally would make you feel upset when you hear them [in and about the world] in the world, don’t hurt quite as bad but at the same time you’re able to “read between the lines of life” is the only way that I can describe it you actually start seeing portions of your regular life through the third eye and it’s VERY, VERY enlightening ❣️
