Lady you did it wrong that is why your rice look soggy. Fried your chicken in a wok Put aside cook your rice with a little less water than normal considering there's juice from the chicken When your rice in it's last stage of bubble add in the chicken spread it evenly close back the lid this way your rice will come out perfect

Low sodium chicken broth (read carton) instead of water 😋. Needs some no salt seasoning. Low sodium soy, garlic, cut chicken across the grain it will be tender.
