I got a flat, had no cell service. I was stuck. An older man on his bike stopped. He said I'll be back in 40 minutes, he turned around and he was gone. True to his word, he came back with his truck and trailer. We loaded up my bike and he gave me a ride all the way home. As he filled his truck up, I went to buy a couple of sodas. I paid for his gas. He was a retired police officer.

On a small town road, my dad's car got a flat, or ran out of gas or something, many years ago. Police officer saw him walking and stopped. Dad got a ride in the front of the cruiser. RCMP officer gave him a ride to not the nearest town, but a town where the gas was cheap then a ride back.

Being a Government official, this mX did what all should be doing. Protect and serve. I ran out of gas in san diego and stalled before I got off the freeway, not only did the cop help push my car off the side after he called for back up to make sure we were safe to do so, he went and got me a gallon of gas to get my car off the freeway to the gas station right off the exit. Some cops are bad, bit some cops actually live to their oath. I feel saying "oh thank you God for stopping" so much I was never more happier to see a cop pull up

I stalled my car with a bad battery once, got out, hooked up some jump cables and waited ready for anyone who was just willing to jump start me... 100 cars must have passed by probably all thinking I'm going to hijack them. So thanks to all the robbers out there, I had to wait ages, and finally a trusting person stopped. I must say, their car is lovely to drive

I got lost at the beach and the drive home was 7 hours long and im a kid 11 yrs old thankfully a group of people at the beach they were just chillin i asked them where the place we were staying was i couldnt find it so i looked around more after that i ended up going to them to ask for help again they decided to go to the road so we can find the place my friends and family was staying out in the beach thankfully i found them and after that im just living normally like how i should i still cant belive i got this lucky thank god

Andrew Whitley For sure. Even if the gauge sux all you have to do is look in the fuel tank, give the bike a shake to literally hear for sloshing sound from inside to get a guesstimate of the level. Can also use a lighter to provide light to see inside of you need visual confirmation. 😇😁

I’m not a bike dude — but props for that guy stopping and doing the right thing. Human decency is rare nowadays and offering to help someone in need is the most basic thing someone could do.

Me and my family once ran out of gas in south Texas on our way to Mexico because my dad forgot that we drove an alternate vehicle which uses up more gas, and this family in a van really helped us out and they really didn’t want to take our more for the help (we kept forcing them to take it and they eventually did lol). But this really made me remember that moment, we were literally miles from a gas station

My bike once broke down, at that time of my life I knew nobody, I ended up walking the motorcycle about 6 miles back to my place. The sad part is that people and police just drove by paying no mind, no one offered to help. But that’s ok because I learned a few valuable lessons from that day. Live and learn .

I've got the similar issue on the road, but with missing coolant in the middle of the night and with 10kms to closest station, after 3h hours of waving a man stopped which was a mechanic and he bought me the coolant and helped me to remove the air from cooling system without any on exhange. I've was very gład for his help.
