The only thing that hold me back to switch from my current iPad 8 to this iPad pro is the battery life. The battery life on the 8th gen iPad is so great.

My black 2020 magic keyboard is absolutely destroyed and I take crazy good care of my tech. It only took a matter of weeks to make my black magic keyboard look like it went through a war zone. I’m really looking forward to your review of the white magic keyboard after a few weeks of use. Please keep us updated, no one else is really talking about this!

I really like the white magic keyboard, but my fear would be getting it dirty, because it looks like it would get dirt on it easily. Edit: he kind of brought it up in the video 😅

That iPad Pro looks awesome….but honestly not worth to upgrade, at least to me - I have the iPad Pro 11” 2020 (bought it exactly a year ago)….and it still works like new, battery lasting (with medium usage) from early afternoon to late evening. Definitely worth keeping that - and anyone who has it should do the same imo - for another couple of years at the very least. :)

The white keyboard looks amazing, specially with the silver iPad, however that keyboard will get dirty, marks very easy I think, so I’ve decided to to go with the space grey with the black keyboard.

The Ipad with the keyboard costs more than a MacBook. Not sure how I feel about that.

Hear me out... If this Ipad has the M1 chip like the Macbooks this could mean there is a possibility that what developers create on Macbook can also run on the iPad. Like games desktop-level apps and software. This could also bring the possibility of the iPad vitalizing and somehow running macOS. like how intel macs can run windows.

I expected so much more that I held off from buying the 2020 iPad Pro. I’m conflicted even more now, should I save money and just buy the 2020 version or spend more on a M1 chip version for extra speed I can live without & in the mean time keep my fingers crossed for Adobe or final cut being a possibility when lumafushion can get the job done very fast on the 2020 version! Am I the only one feeling torn about saving cash?

Same I’ve been going back and forth for more than a month trying to decide the best laptop for school/just personal use it’s very confusing getting the best but the pricing is scary.

I thought Apple had sent me the wrong model as the 12.9 2021 is a bit smaller dimensionally than my I pad pro 2nd generation 12.9. The new one actually measures at 11 inches

I love your videos! Just ordered the 11” iPad pro. I’m awaiting shipping and excited! I exchanged my iPad Air 4, which I loved, but I decided I wanted the pro. I could only afford the 128gb version, I’m hoping it’ll be enough storage. I don’t do video editing, just some Lightroom photo editing, some drawing and taking notes, games and streaming. My previous iPad was the 256gb air, and it had a ton of apps, bunch of games, and a LOT of photos and I only used like 60 gigs or so, so fingers crossed I’ll be fine at 128. They need to offer the air in 128. Glad it was available for the pro. Thanks again for all these great reviews, subscribed!

I just upgraded from my iPad pro 10.5 from 2017. This thing is huge! I use it as a second monitor to my MacBook, school, and video editing.

I want to start off by saying that I love your content. I bought the Space Grey 11" M1 Pro and will buy the Logitech Combo Touch. I'm replacing my bricked Microsoft Surface Go. The internal SSD got cooked due to the Surface overheating. 2 factors in my purchasing decision. 1- Price 2- Portability. the Mini LED on the 12.9 is nice, but if I want to watch HDR movies I have my 65" OLED TV for that. I'm not too concerned about viewing that type of content on a portable device. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I had an ipad 2 it hasn't really been usually for the last couple years since it's stuck on iOS 9 nothing works and I can't download YouTube and the performance is at this point pretty bad but I just upgraded to the 12.9 inch ipad pro with the magic keyboard and apple pencil, 10 year upgrade

Would you recommend this for something like school work. I thought it would be better than a laptop for me at least considering I’m more of a hands on person, and I feel like this would provide that while also completing work such as essays, comfortably and efficiently. But I’m not sure, what would you recommend? I also kept the price in mind as where the MacBook Pro is much more expensive than this, would I get somewhat of the same experience as far as performance goes?

It would depend on what you’re school used say you need to print something your iPad might not work with school printer. Not sure what country you’re in but in my when I went to college main campuses two of them have windows whilst one campus that has MacBooks. The one that has MacBooks does arts,dance & software like Cad with 3D drawings. So it would depend on school system they have.

I’m looking at getting my first iPad Pro for university, going into 3rd year. I have the iPad 2018 atm. I’m looking at going for the 12.9” with 256gb along with the keyboard and pencil. My iPad I have now is 128gb and it’s almost full. So I want to upgrade the storage but not to the most expensive as my MacBook Pro is 2tb, my iMac is 1tb and my iPhone 12 Pro Max is 512gb

How would you rate the bigger iPad Pro with its mini led display, specifically its ability to play content, such as movies with hdr?

Hey, if you want a great show to use when trying to show off colors on a display, might I recommend the anime Great Pretender? It’s the sort of show that you really want to watch on as nice a display as possible, because those vivid colors are BEAUTIFUL. As a bonus, the show is really good too!

I still thought Apple should think smartphones are the most important part of modern peoples' daily life like HUAWEI did in their 1+8+N expectation. That means use the phone as a main device to shoot and storage videos or 3D file or just paper works and take the advantage of a tablet, desktop or laptop to do further work which needs bigger screen, pencil, keyboard and mice to do. First thing a iphone really needs a typeC port.

Well, I honestly love this tablet. But the thing is, should I buy this if I'm in the Samsung Ecosystem? I'm using a Galaxy Note 20 Ultra along with the Galaxy Buds Pro, Galaxy Watch 3 and the Galaxy Tab S7+. Samsung is really adding some nice and EXTREMELY useful features almost every week/month with their software updates. So should I really buy the M1 iPad Pro

The front facing camera/centre stage is a trick that google have been using for ages on their home hubs. It's super handy, especially for older people who can't figure out how to facetime. Just another idea apple "borrowed" and push hard to make people think it's their idea.
