It's nice to see Baus so excited to share what he's learned with us. A lot of high elo players are selfish and high ego and gatekeep important mechanics that newer players don't know.

@Shprite I agree with that to a certain extent. The thing is, there's only so much a coach or mentor can do if the player doesn't put in that much. That's why any coach worth their salt won't pick up a player that vaguely "wants to improve". Otherwise it's a simple cash grab. It's so much work for very little gain for the average case. True coaching is tailored to the individual. Those that want to improve out of gold/plat simply need to put in the time. If you walk up to anyone and ask them to teach you your job, where do you even start? Do you know how to read/write? There are already plenty of resources out there for free for the general public and I daresay that those that couldn't find those weren't trying very hard to.

@nja hun There's only so much you can achieve without guidance. There's a difference between refusing to learn the game like those players you talked about, and those who are lower elo but still need guidance. Baus said these players have good mechanics but bad macro. So a few lessons in macro could vastly improve the performance of someone who already has good mechanics. It's not about toxic people who think they know everything, it's about those who want advice and guidance from pros.

Mad respect getting rank 25 in that amount of time! I don't blame you if you enjoy having fun over try harding. 100% if you try harded for just a little bit longer I think you'd be rank 1! What a God Gamer!

If anyone’s wondering why ASol’s W and Rell’s ult (after the initial cast) move him, it’s because they are a unique CC (kinematics i think its called). This is so champs that have channel times (many have a very short one for their abilities) aren’t instantly canceled anytime they try to use one. It moves them, but doesn’t count as hard CC
