Gerard's voice is immaculate Frank and Ray's guitar is wonderful Mikey's bass is amazing as per usual James's (i think) drumming is so so good The whole band is juat as good as they were 10 years ago and it's delightful

@Azaria The Nerd Only thing bad is the mixing, Gerards voice should be more audible, and should be playing from left and right, the drums are too loud and too apparent compared to Gerards voice imo. Although I probably shouldn’t be saying anything since I’m really high rn lol.

Never gonna stop loving mcr, I’ll never be more grateful to a group of people. They got me through the past 2 years of my life and continue to help day by day when it feels like I have nothing left. I’ll never forget crying and feeling like there was no way out and then putting on MCR or watching one of their old interviews and remembering how to smile, Gerard’s own struggle with suicide drugs and mental health is so similar to mine and seeing how far he’s come and how he can make this amazing musical comeback gives me hope too. I want to get all these beautiful lyrics tattooed on my soul. When I finally saw MCR after years of believing I wouldn’t, it was the happiest night of my life. Hearing this live filled a hole in my heart that I hadn’t even known existed. It was such a beautiful show and I felt so empty yet so whole when it was over. Remembering my show and how happy I felt gave me strength these past hard 6 months since I’ve seen them. I’ll never be able to fully express how grateful I am to MCR, how they’ve saved my life, and even though at the end of the day they are just 4 ordinary guys from New Jersey they don’t understand the impact they’ve had on so many lost kids who are just looking for something to call home, something to comfort them when life gets hard. Even though I’ve now outgrown mcr a bit they’ll always have such a special place in my life. It’s been almost a year since this life changing song was released but not a day goes by where I don’t think of it. Been listening to MCR for about two years now and their music has helped me a whole fucking lot. There have been times I've needed to scream, to be heard, and in a way, I felt like they did that for me

amazing that they’re still evolving and making new and unique music. seeing this song live made it become one of my favorite songs from MCR.

its the deep meaning behind this song that honestly makes me think this is the greatest song he has ever released, going not only back to his roots but back to before it all began back to 9/11 back to the emotion. truly one of his greatest songs ever released

I was working on some of my paintings earlier while listening to this, and the lines "you must fix your heart and you must build an altar where it swells" hit me like a ton of bricks... cause I realized that's exactly what I was doing. I mainly do abstract horror art based on my own struggles with mental health and shit, but I do them and other art because of the unfiltered calm and joy it brings me. I've been building that altar the whole time and I didn't even know it XD. Thanks G.
