This song broke me. In June 2021, I lost my closest friend to a sudden heart failure. For two months I remained stoic, lost in shock from the loss and not sure how to process it. And then one night on the way home, this song came up on my music app and I listened to it on a whim. When that bridge hit, I....damn. Even thinking of it now tears me up. It was like they were in the car, singing along with me as we used to, and they'd finally turned to me and said it was time for them to go. I had to pull into a parking lot and I, a 30 year old man, just bawled for what seemed like hours. Rest in peace, Nick. Always and forever my dearest friend.

And earlier this year thanks to someone I was just seeing and getting to know better. Still here. And then just tough times like bad work week or something. Keep going strong. This song just popped into my head today I remember being in high school and having one pair of grey skinny jeans and a grey MCR Black Parade shirt and wearing them every other day.

Just seen MCR last week in Glasgow, never did I think at 13 when they broke up that I would ever get to see them live. This song hits so hard for me and I know for so many too, sobbed my eyes out at the hydro when they played it. My chem mean so much to all of us and I love them so much

Let me tell you, this has got to be one of the most inspiring songs I've listened to and I'm ashamed I hadn't listened to them sooner

Can't believe how stupid I was thinking this band wasn't worth listening to at first just because of what other people thought of them. Then eventually you see them live, realized kids are fucking stupid, and wish you went to more concerts when you could.
