Fun fact: the major reason VH1 (and probably MTV) suddenly stopped producing those dating shows is because a contestant from "I love money" killed his girlfriend. They halted all productions due to this and by the time that blew over the world was already changing to the next big thing. I didnt know this at the time when i was in High School and found out about this like 2 years ago.

Only thing I appreciate about this show; everyone is an average person. Not all the same, or "conventionally attractive" people like most dating shows. I give them some respect there lol

Yeah, they’re also presented in a really wacky way. It’s not like they’re picking up big businessmen and models and treating them like they’re a huge deal. Although racist and sexist, it’s somewhat nice to see no one person being the focus for too long or some people being presented in a worse way than others in this kind of TV show. Everyone’s kind of a douche and imperfect in these shows, and everyone’s also a douche to each other. Which is probably a more accurate representation of humanity.
