A 1:1 recreation of the entire universe in Minecraft is still a couple years away but there's no denying it is inevitable.
Vor 2 MonateJermain 20000 +391
that might take a planet sized quantum computer to render or take millennia to build by hand
Vor 2 MonateKapix +122
im pretty sure earth exists, not sure about everything else though
Vor 2 MonateFireClawInfinity +253
@Kapix 1:1 scale recreation of Earth is still being built, but massive chunks of it is done
Vor 2 MonatebowlessBee +30
to say that the universe expand each second it would be impossible
Vor 2 MonateAK_804 +4
@FireClawInfinity which country's have been completed?
Vor 2 Monateshawn hames +745
I'm surprised you didn't mention the 1:1 earth project. I mean it's not finished but they have whole cities completed already and all of Antarctica is finished.
Vor 2 MonateDiamondman307 +93
As a BTE builder, that's actually a bit of a misnomer - no cities are fully complete, and all of the *buildings* in Antarctica are done, just not the terrain.
Vor 2 MonateThe4thSoul +32
Im afraid the BTE project can NOT build the earth. As the earth is constantly changing meaning the data will be inconsitent and some errors will be made
Vor 2 MonateKell Medd +58
@The4thSoul Well, one can build the Earth at a certain point in time. So in a sense it would be 1:1, but some things would be obsolete compared to y'know, times changing.

The dragons' size made me physically anxious. Like I know its a bunch of blocks in a game on a screen but the second I tried to comprehend the scale of such a creature, my brain recoiled and I shivered in terror. Unimaginable dread. I applaud you, Roman...

There is something so nostalgic and epic in the 2010's enterprise that personaly it still gives me goosebumps today and is one of the most iconic builds ever. Good job on the video and thanks for nostalgia and for featuring the piston :).

Even though all those builds were insane, I feel the star trek spaceship was the most impressive. Im also kinda surprised you didn't include the build the earth project in minecraft.

Vor 2 MonateCallum Chang +5
Definitely should have had Wynncraft on here. Not only do they have crazy megabuilds but they also created a whole mmorpg around it as well.
Vor 2 MonateSillimant
It's worth noting the Enterprise D is, so far, the largest starship to carry the name being a Galaxy class ship Building that 1:1 means setting yourself the biggest challenge you could
Vor 18 TageZephra +3
Imagine having the planning capability/time management skills to dedicate yourself like this. Props to the builders, wouldn’t be Minecraft without them^^
Vor 2 MonateSayikoo
I don't understand how the startrek ship was even possible, but it's so amazing. Also that 4:08 mario song made me happy for some reasons.
Vor 6 TageBread +3
I gotta say the ad for this video is insanely smart. Intermixing a build video with a sort of combination for what’s being advertised, then making the MC gameplay actually play into the gameplay of the game being advertised. Well done.
Vor 2 MonateBustedup World +1
I would love to have the Enterprise like that in my world! All these builds are amazing! I wish I wasn't terrible at making things in this game LOL
Vor MonatVincent Xie +1
The minecraft history just looking so good, since they're practically call mega-builds but it should be a massive effort.
Vor MonatVAC Banned +22
You definetely should've also featured PippenFTS and his Build The Earth project that has been going for a several years already
Vor 2 MonateZebbyX
The 1:36 earth was one of the first videos I ever saw related to minecraft back then, the nostalgia hits hard.
Vor 19 TageSwagster 1000
Very cool. 2b2t has some cool megabuilds like these, although they are not as big, have been griefed, and existed on a survival server with no rules. Even some were built in the end.
Vor Monatbeardalaxy
There was also Skyrim (or part of Skyrim) recreated for the Skyrim texture pack in console, which was crazy to see. And now Grazzy is recreating the entire map of Breath of the Wild. Granted, it isn't just placed by hand, but an insane endeavor nonetheless.
Vor MonatJospeh Cahill
I’d love to do something like this but it would take so long to do it by myself.

Vor 2 MonateGraf
I remember trying to speed up building with MCEdit before WorldEdit/FAWE was a thing... heck, I remember using a "magic carpet" plugin to get a glass platform beneath your feet on a hey0mod server around way before flying was (re-)added. New builders have all the tools they could ever want, there's never been a better time to get into building.
Vor MonatLogSuperMulti +3
The Enterprise build wasn't done by hand, the original creator had a basic wire frame model he created in SketchUp, and he found a way to export the data into Minecraft.
Vor 2 MonateGood Gremlin Media
Nowadays we import the entire hull from an OBJ file and work from there going down a deck at a time.
Vor MonatNGC224
Great video! The builds were honestly stunning and huge respect to their builders who dedicated such a huge amount time and effort into them. by the way, what is the name of the music at the beginning of the vid?
Vor 2 MonateCupRxmen +5
when i see a new sipover upload, i just get myself ready to see builds that i could never dream of creating.
Vor 2 MonateSirCatsal0t +1
I had a period in 2020-2021 where I went absolutely ballistic making a new megabuild every month with my smallest one being 400x400 blocks, I entered building competitions and got 3rd place in one. But the stupid part was I never backed up any of my builds and the server i built them on shut creative down for good in 2022. So now, all I have to show for it might be a couple screenshots scattered within discord messages or hidden somewhere on my harddrive. Sadge

Vor MonatJennySYS +2
i think sethbling's megablocks series deserves a mention because he managed to make an entire 16:1 piston before there were any command blocks or slime blocks. old minecraft is insane

Vor 2 MonateTreeHouse98 +1
I'm sure someone must have already said this, but TrixyBlox's USW world is insane. A huge island built in creative but is also survival-friendly, the Ultimate Survival World took more than a year to make with few people.

Vor 25 TageAvaneesh K
I have a city world which is existing for 2 years since 1.16.5 and the only mega build there is the airport which is still not fully finished, besides that we have some houses and buildings and another "mega-build" called Mt. nahi which is a mountain (I named this mountain in early 2022 so don't question), we are adding more mountains there which will be a border to north part of our city. Our City name is Arterex and we treat it like a state and since we are Indians we treat is as an Indian state
