You forgot enchants which is basically an extra % for a mob. The best mob to ever spawn, a jockey baby zombie villager with full set diamond w/ enchants, is a good example of how rare mobs can be. Funnily enough, the person who found it named it Bob.

I do not recall anyone ever actually finding this for Real. But Bob was a Normal Zombie in Enchanted Diamond Armor. But we don't know if it is real or not, because that is SUPER Easy to fake. Easier than Herobrine.

I'm not sure if it's more common or only possible in spawn chunks? But anyways, you can see that easily by playing skyblock, passive mobs will spawn naturally on your grass

@Jendo Stromann actually on one of the versions it works differently, animals spawn when the chunk is loaded, but they also keep spawning over time in areas where you arent (similar to mob spawns) then eventually when enough have died they will stop spawning in that area.

i think this could be more rare. in halloween an undead mob would have a chance to spawn with a pumpkin on its head(or used to) and even rarer, a jack o lantern. basically a left handed baby zombie villager wearing a jack o lantern, enchanted diamond armor and holding an enchanted iron sword with all of it having the highest enchant level that it could have and the baby zombie villager being cured, the villager growing up and having the perfect trades and zombifying it and having that guy be a horde leader

In one of the 1.16 snapshots, there was no hard limit to how many strikers could spawn on top of each other, and with one of these as a baby zombified piglin on top with a pumpkin on his head during October 31st, the limit Is from y level 1 to 400~ using two accounts to load the whole height without it despawning.

You can make this even rarer, if he spawn on Halloween he will have a pumpkin on his head

There's also a VERY small chance that zombies spawn in the nether and another VERY small chance for them to spawn as leader zombies. Yeah, that is a thing in vanilla.

I thought nether zombies can only spawn as recruitments when you hit zombie piglins. I only know this because I made a very very early game piglin gold farm where I manually have to hit all of them. So even though it's unlikely the odds can be manipulated, in the same way you can't count zombies that spawn with pumpkins as part of the stats because even though they come out once a year you can influence those odds by changing your system date and in the same way you can force nether zombies by hitting piglin zombies.
