Usually in Minecraft when you k word a Pillager with a banner you get the Bad Omen effect and in a while, there will be a raid, when you defeat all the Pillagers and win the raid battle you will get Hero Of The Village effect and baby villagers will give you red tulips as a reward and a thank you for saving their village and defeating all the Pillagers but still, fear strikes me when the Pillagers blow their war horn, you should feel at least a little bit fear from that too

Goat horns can be found in pillager outposts or if a goat rams into a solid block. There are different types of goat horns like ponder, sing, seek, feel,admire, call, yearn and dream. They were added in the 1.19 update. Ialso love that the warden just leaves when you summon it.
