I did a little research on this deal and it ended up closing at 11% for $50k. It took almost a year to actually close after filming, and the owner didn't need money so much he just wanted Kevin's business expertise.

@Kevin Le The diffrence is also that on the show they arent allowed to make a deal below what the asking offer was, if u ask for 500k then they have to offer atleast 500k but they can modify the equity but they have to atleast offer the asked money thats why sometimes when u see alot of high asking prices not getting deals because the sharks arent interested in trowing 500k in the bin.
