@LuigiPOW demo Adenosinetriphosphate is a really important molecule used by animals like you and me for basically everything. It's the energy of the body. Like litte biochemical batteries in every cell. ATP is what mitochondria produce. Another interesting fact about ATP: we can't really store much of it and have to recycle used ATP (called ADP). Mitochondria basically take the energy from the food we eat and put it into ATP. In my opinion one of the most remarkable biomolecules!

The fact that half a year in this video doesn’t have more views is the real tragedy. This is GOLD!

so I noticed that as I was tripling the recipe I was using half a kilogram of butter, so in order to cut out the extra butter at the end (because they're really are moist enough if you do 3 bananas and not 2.5) you can sprinkle the cinnamon sugar before putting them in the oven, they form this delightful sugar crust, this is a 10/10 recipe will bake forever.

Recently we got some bananas and noone in my house eats them that often and they were already getting spots. So when thinking about what to make I thought of this recipe because it's delicious and uses up the bananas, plus I made a double batch so I used 6 bananas! I'm so excited!

Couldn’t find my muffin pan, so I made it into a loaf (bake at 350 for 1 hour). Also added half a cup of chopped walnuts and dusted the top with brown sugar before baking as suggested. Very tasty.
