Please try to not haggle with honest sellers, it's hard to make a living already in the Philippines. If I were you I would shop around to get prices so you know if you are getting scammed or not. As a foreigner myself I know phone cases are around 100-200. My friend bought hers for 120 and I got mine for 100 but they are plain, so 150 is not bad for one with design. If it was me I would of gave him an extra 20-50 pesos tip for being honest, doesn't seem much but you would be paying for his merienda
