I was born in Romania in the nothern-east but it was exactly as I remember it, such good memories, even a bit of nostalgia. It may be shocking at first, you have 1900 infrastructures mixed with 2000 technologies, it's kinda messy ahaha but oh man, the people and the culture, once you know them are a piece of art!
