Ha sido alumno suyo. Kraus, lo descubrió. Ismael Jordi, iba para futbolista. Cantaba en el coro del Teatro Villamarta, en Jerez de la Frontera. Lo escuchó la secretaria y se lo presentó a Kraus. ¡ Y se lo llevó a Madrid !.
