We asked three unique and lovely centenarians what their most valuable life lessons were, and also their regrets.

The conversations that followed were remarkable. They talked about the importance of family, people, relationships and love. Their view on life, as an elderly citizen with a lot of experience is truly an inspiration and motivation. Enjoy the video! And please let us know what your thoughts are!

Emilia talking about her children that have passes, that completely broke my heart. She's right, she is strong, very strong.

I'm 79 living alone now. I lost my beautiful wife of 25 years 10 years ago when she was only 60. I've been through hell trying to cope with all the obvious things that come with such a devastating event, but I've gotten to know and help myself more and more as time goes on, erasing bad memories and loving the good ones. I know my wife is up there helping me , so I'm going for 105 like my Uncle Ed did! Great video, Thank you all. Stay HAPPY and live on! From Mike in Minnesota

It sounds like the key to living a long life is to stay busy, optimistic, and grateful. ♥️

I love how Emilia talked about being always lucky. Even though she described her children dying before her, she still considers herself lucky. That's such an amazing perspective. You can tell she means it too.

I'm 70 and the small bit of advice I can give is this: Don't take life so seriously. You will visit here only once, so have a good time... and kiss your mother.

I've always been scared to get old because I got so accused to going out and seeing just angry elderly people all the time making it seem like the longer you're here, the more bitter you get. So I always love when I see happy elderly folks, it gives me a warm feeling in my heart.

Beautiful people they are; Emilia's love for her children displayed in her words and facial expressions brings tears to any parent. It was a blessing to hear their life lessons and regrets.

This is the most beautiful film I've ever seen! Thank you so much. I too lost my twins seven months apart (suicide) and this gives me hope and strength to live.

Clifford is a sweetheart. I worked in care homes and most of the time the mentally fit ones couldn't walk anymore and the confused ones were light on their feet and ran away. But didn't know who they were and where they were headed to. It was heartbraking. So it's soooo good to see someone 101 years old with a strong walk and fit in his mind. 🥰

This is so touching to me. I wish I had cherished my grandparents more when they were here.

For the ones wondering: Cliff past away in march 2020, John in 2018 and Tereza is still alive to this day and 107 years old.

I wish we had heard more from Cliff. He seems in remarkable shape, youthful, and vibrant here. Even his skin doesn't look like he's over 70. I looked him up and was sad to see that he passed in 2020 at 104 1/2. I would have loved to see that guy live past 110.
