The beat sounds like a panic attack… the flow and delivery with the lyrics is so superior and cold 😭🔥

This is definitely the most thought invoking, self-awareness provoking, hold-yourself accountable song on the album. We're silent murderers, all of us.

My favorite song on the album, I honestly wanted this one song to go on for another hour, listening to Kendrick with a spoken word type flow over such a simplistic but intense beat is such a great listen

the fact that this is the best song on the album and no one’s talking about it shows this album quite well

Gave us like a spoken word flow. Then that beat switch came in so smooth. This ain't gonna be for everybody. They ain't ready for this next level of rap.

Such a meditative song, go on a walk w this in ur headphones and you’ll feel like your one with nature i swear

Probably my favourite part of this album strictly sound wise is all of the little gospel vocals littered throughout most of the songs. They are especially incredible in this song and about halfway through “united in grief” when the rest of the drums cut off. I’ve always found the soft human vocals like that too touch my soul much more then over powering voices, although a powerful voice can be very moving as well.

His flow and the way he's enunciating his words reminds me of the old freestyles he used to do on radio stations earlier in his career during the GKMC days

I honestly haven't ever heard so much effort in an album. Album of the centry!! Congrats Kendrick you are solidifying your legacy and giving us the fuel we need to make it for another day

This song and album is so dense, I’m on my 5 th listen and I’m still catching new lines and bars I didn’t hear initially. Definitely looking forward to the Spotify dissect on this project!! Thanks Kenny
