What struck me about AH while being cross-examined is how she had to have the last word and even spoke over Depp's attorney in order to achieve this. Abusers like to have the last word because it's all about control and winning. When she argued with the attorney about pledge versus donate I saw a person who is cocky and defiant. She wouldn't admit she was wrong even in the face of an obvious lie. All traits of an abuser in my opinion

My sister was abused by her ex husband. She was terrified of him. Eventually he isolated her from her family and friends. Checked the mileage on her car. Checked her email,texts, Facebook,and calls. Eventually cut her off from those as well. He was trying to get her pregnant so he made her track her ovulation. I've seen black eyes, broken bones, bruises all up and down her back. One weekend I brought my husband, husband's dad,brother,brothers friend,and two police officers.Packed up my sister's belongings and we left! Filed a restraining order she moved in with me. Couple days of being there she told me" that's the best sleep I've had since I got married"😥 Even to this day(9 years later) you mention his name she goes ghost white. Just by observing Amber it makes me ill,all the years in of my sister living in fear and terror for her life. All the physical abuse she endured. An abuser would never move the victims friends in. He/She would want to isolate them to control them. Her friends were truly paracites, enjoying a fabulous lifestyle paid for by Johnny. At least this guy told the truth about the late night rendevous.

I mean, throughout this trial, one thing we've all learned is that Johnny just shared his home to so many people. Especially all of Amber's friends and family. None of Johnny's rock friends bummed off of him. None of Johnny's friends bummed off his Penthouse. And Amber just took all the Penthouses over. She wanted the life but she didn't like Johnny to even be away from her. She was an APPENDAGE. Must've drove him crazy.

That testimony was a pleasure to hear. The guy tries to be honest, he points out his own mental flaws possibly influencing his testimony, he avoids answering questions he's not sure he can recall the details correctly wether it could help or drown one party or the other, etc. And all of that quickly and accuratly. If everybody in this case testified like him, we would've been done in less than a week. What a fucking machine.

I noticed the same thing. If you really listen to the words he used, he was very careful. I don't trust him at all! I don't trust her friends, I don't trust her sister!

@ABcheck Yes, he seems genuine, and I wonder how much he knew vs came in after. However, I highly recommend watching Incredibly Average's vids on May 21at incident and the SEC vids in the Andy Files playlist. They show all the inconsistencies with what he testified to vs what he said earlier vs what others said from the same incident. Things like he saw (through the peephole of PH 5) the security guards running down the hallway, but the guards were already standing at the door of PH 3 because Johnny was there to break up and knew she'd"kick off", and they entered as soon as AH started yelling. So there's no way he'd have seen them running down the hallway from the opposite end of the hallway and around the corner.

Josh Drew was also super confident his account of May 21st wouldn't be refuted because the body cam footage wasn't obtained yet when this deposition was taken (they thought there were no body cams). I wonder how differently the answers would've gone had they been able to confront him with footage showing nothing missing, nothing broken, and no mess on the video when he claimed all they cleaned up was the glass on the floor so the dogs wouldn't get cut. 🤦

It’s astonishing how much more credible and honest a witness is when they’re eloquent and sound well-educated. He’s astute and seems confident in his testimony. He seems pretty transparent and acts calm and collected. Well spoken people on the stand are far more believable than those who are not.

Plus easier when you are telling the truth too.

Those rings would CUT for sure if you really PUNCHED someone with them. If you've ever been punched by someone wearing a ring you know. The LACK of severity in the wounds either means Johnny Depp punches like a five year old girl OR she's lying and he DIDN'T "punch her so many times she forgot" while wearing those rings. My experience of living with a abuser, I never talked back if I didn't want to get hit anymore, people ask me why I didn't just leave, well because I was terrified what he would do to me and my family because he would threaten me to keep my mouth shut, when he finally left me after 17 years he told me that he never wanted me because infact my father had gave me to him when I was only 13 years old. I did go to a woman's shelter 3 times but me always found me and stocked me and when ever I would leave my children at school he would take them out of school. So I would go back because I didn't want to leave my kids alone to him. I can go on and on about what a abuser is like. But let me just ad this, as soon as my father gave me away he forced himself on me and got me pregnant right away. I had all 5 of my children plus a miscarriage by the time I was 20 years old. I see little girls that are 13 years old and think how can someone think of a baby as a woman. How could my dad just give me away like that. I go to therapy twice a month and take anxiety and depression medication every day. I wasn't allowed to inter act with anyone besides his family and they to were abusive toward me. 😢

@RLF According to amber and Josh, Johnny was screaming trying to get into her friends rooms/penthouse. And once he got in there he got in Josh's face and told everyone they need to leave. Amber claims it came out of nowhere, but that doesn't make any sense. I think if johnny did do all of that, then there's a reason for it, a reason that amber won't say bc it was a lie and calculated to make Johnny react that way. It may not be true though. But if it is, I guarentee there's more to the story than johnny going ballistic for no reason.

She really does think everyone is stupid!

When I was at boarding school there was this little of around 9 years old who, when not getting her way, would hurt herself. She would bang her head repeatedly, smack her temples and scratch her skin raw, bite her skin. I'm not saying that Amber is exactly like this little girl. It's just that the marks described and in the photos look so eerily similar to me.

Amber admitted on tape that she'd easily get physical with Johnny. When your attacking someone, you can easily get harmed. Especially when you're a woman trying to take on a man. The HE is going to defend himself and the SHE is going to get hurt. If you listen to her wildness on the audios, one can only imagine how she'd pound on him. She was out of control and Johnny was a heavy drinker drug-taker. Not a good recipe. Johnny knew she was cheating on him. He loved her very much and was trying not to believe she was just another "user" of him. She caused him to go overboard on the drugs and alcohol. She drove him nuts. Being with a manipulative narcissist is hell on wheels. The games they play.

It's also interesting that Johnny didn't have to coerce Amber to send the officers away, manipulate them or try to control the situation to stop her from speaking. I know it could be argued both ways, but given how brutal she describes the attacks, it's just an interesting account.

I caughy my first girlfriend cheating, together for 5 years. She yold everyone in the town that i beat her. She apparently showed up with bruises on her legs and arms and told people I did it. Everyone started treating me like shit and i had no idea why. Ruined my reputation in the community. A decade later, she has borderline personality disorder, is narcissistic and seems to have no control over her own promiscuity. I took her back repeatedly because she begged and said she was sorry and cried. She cheated on me with my best friends. She ruined my name and took my home away from me. To this day I'm broken person for having experienced something like that so young. I've never heard anyone. Outside of pranks and harmless jokes I don't even lie. I didn't deserve any of this. I hope Johnny wins. So many of us never will.

I don't believe that narcissist don't know what they are doing to others. They know and don't care. I can't give any of them a pass on that crp. It's strange that during their moments of fear they just dont remember words or what they did or the sequence of actions. I had that situation happen to me irl and I remember everything because of the intense fear I felt for my own safety.

What stood out to me about Drew's testimony is when they got to on of the PH on a particular night, they saw the damage and the crazed writing on the counter, and instead of having the chonky male escort and care for them in case Depp was still around, Rocky told him to go away to the other PH while she alone checked on her best friend.

I had a patient that punched herself in the eyes and nose, choked herself to leave marks on her neck, bruised her own arms with her hands, and hit her face into a wall. She did this over a period of time, trying to claim abuse. She also had cuts (like Amber's--spaced, clean lines) on her nondominant arm(back part of her arm). Our doctor examined her "injuries" each time and determined they were all self inflicted. And she had borderline personality. BTW/FYI borderlines can be delusional, and hallucinate.

Sometimes....JUST SOMETIMES...it is very MUCH provoked and it's pretty absurd to claim that any man retaliating against EXTREME violent physical abuse - to the point where he loses a body part - shitting in his bed, extreme and UNENDING verbal and mental abuse - is a horrible wife beater as if all women are innocent little bunnies who can do no wrong and must never face physical consequences for their actions, no matter how violent that woman is. So yeah I'm going to say it: on rare occasions, especially violent, horrible, abusive women being struck in self defense DO deserve it, and I have a STRONG feeling that if the bruises ARE real, they didn't occur because Johnny came home and randomly attacked her. They'd have - given her PROVEN and DOCUMENTED violent and horrible behavior - very LIKELY have come as the DIRECT CONSEQUENCE of her pushing her luck too many times and punching, hitting him, shitting on his bed and so on until he pushed BACK. Except....those photos HAVE been proven to have been doctored to SOME degree. It's been DEMONSTRATED that they were. Remember too that this is a FRIEND of Amber's who she contacted - to use - 2 months before the trial she knew was coming up - after not having spoken to him for 2 years. You don't suppose that maybe, just MAYBE, there was a conversation between the two about him coming on to serve as this "matter of fact, unbiased witness" - that it was MAYBE rehearsed repeatedly over the course of two months and that maybe just MAYBE a 100 million dollar payday if Amber WINS the case is a PRETTY compelling incentive to do so? It's also possible he's telling the truth and just doesn't realize that Amber was probably slapping him as usual and caught a hand in return and was in SHOCK that her actions had consequences. ALSO, if a grown man with heavy ass giant metal rings on every finger is PUNCHING YOU IN THE FACE REPEATEDLY, I promise you, I PROMISE you, that someone with the delicate little doll face of Amber Heard would NOT only have some slight redness to her cheek. THAT looks more like what you'd get if you caught a good SLAP across the cheek - which once again....she very very well may have earned through her violent, demeaning, dehumanizing behavior toward Johnny. And to anyone who thinks she's an innocent lamb...would YOU want to be in a relationship with her? Would you REALLY, knowing all you know about her violence and yelling and berating people and mocking people and let's be honest, shitting in their bed or lying about donating money to charity? Would you REALLY think she'd be nice to be married to? I sure as HELL wouldn't want to be anywhere NEAR her, even IF Johnny hAD ever struck her (which, once more, I'd bet good money she flat out deserved).

Johnny is no Peach, he has many issues. However, AH definitely could push someone to the extreme. She's super toxic, entitled, thinks she's above eveyone, and nowswhat she's doing.

The worst part of character witnesses (and yes, they are character witnesses, as they are not experts and never say any of the abuse allegations), is if they damage your cases. I'm pretty sure Amber's character witnesses are more hurtful to her case than for it. This is compared to Johnny's witnesses who are professionals. Sure some of them may be on Johnny's payroll, but who is more trustworthy? Heard's "friends" who have never seen "abuse" or the professionals who outright deny that any of that ever happened? Hmm.... Especially when all the pictures and testimony straight up go against the literal body cam footage of the police officer. Not to mention apparently, this "scared abused" women was constantly cheating on Johnny. Once or twice, sure, but 30+ times? Geez. Nothing invalidates someone more than being a serial cheater.

I think all those turned over racks show someone deeply frustrated and angry did it. Which he had a right to do in his own house. This is what happens with codependence and addiction. That is not meant to be a judgement. This affects relationships all the time. Often, addicts find other addicts to be with. It’s easier to use that way. Addiction is a disease and needs real treatment. They were both abusive to each other in many ways it seems. It also seems as if Amber Heard took it to another level.

I find it hard to believe that a victim of DV would have romantic interests over at the apartment where they live with their abuser, especially knowing that there are cameras in the elevators and with friends living in the same building. I find it humorous that he is the ex of ambers best friend, is still confirming that no physical abuse was seen and that he never witnessed anything but is told or seen the aftermath of what could have been planned scenes by Amber Heard. I feel he's believable to a point that he's believable in what he saw himself but won't draw conclusions or say definitive unless certain. But really all he is in this testimony is saying what he heard or seen second hand, so it's unreliable as solid evidence, but damming on Amber's side because he does not flatter her and openly talks about her excessive drinking and possible late night partners when johnny is gone.

I was involved with the music business decades ago and I was always surrounded by people who wanted to know about the man who was my partner. He was famous. He couldn't have afforded anything like JD. I feel that all those in JD's houses were codependent type people. Who could not stand on their own two feet. Thank God I now know better. I was talking in general, and besides even so called accomplished people such as ... the list is long, have some character defect, as well as myself, and I was involved with celebrity in my youth and I can tell you there are a lot of unknowns about all of them, and myself and you, of course. I thought the guy answered well and promptly. My comment was out of my experience with celebrity. And thank God I got away from all that decades ago. I would be very surprised after this harrowing trial if either AH or JD survive. Its a horrible experience for them and for what? There is nothing left after all of this. In my not so humble opinion. And, hey, thanks for reading all my blurb and even replying. I think AH abused herself, its obvious from the lack of any real evidence it was JD. She is lying. JD did not cause her physical harm.
