I'm a longtime fan of The Blacklist and I only have one request: PLEASE give it a planned ending. Viewership has steadily declined and although it is still respectable, I think we all expect the story to come to a close sooner rather than later. So please don't just cancel it out of nowhere and we never have closure on the unanswered questions. Like with "The 100," some people hated the ending and some people loved it; for me, the final two seasons were a shark jump but at least they gave it an ending. I hate when shows get cancelled instead of having a planned final season. Thank you.

I love James Spader! He is so damned intelligent! (as is Seth mind you). When I compare our situation with what my relatives in England went through during the blitz, this isn't so bad. Or what any place in Europe went through during the last world war. That was more than sad.

James Spader is truly my favourite t.v. actor. He is phenomenal. He also reminds me so much of another favourite, John Lithgow. They have the same cadence when the speak, and their voices are similar and the are both quite witty.

I absolutely adore him on Blacklist! Everything he says sounds like a Shakespearian monologue. He is extremely emotive. I cry as he is recalling his stories. I'm certain that no one else could possibly play Reddington. I've binged all 7 seasons on Netflix many times and the same stories make me cry. He's amazing.

I love James Spader - but has anyone else noticed that he's "slow"? I hope the poor guy hasn't got Parkinsons! My friend went the same way ... it's not a death sentence but it's scary as we get older.

@ML Feathers I was a fan of his earlier work but I haven't seen much since he moved to the small screen. I hope you're right though - there's a difference between being slow and being slowed (if you see what I mean). I have several friends with Parky and saw one of my colleagues and closest friends start to deteriorate in his early 60s. It's horrific. Another friend now has Lewbody dementia too (which is common with Parky) - I don't want to go that way!
