Jack is easily my favorite fighter in the ufc. His body to head combinations, his head movement, the footwork. He’s so on point. Just keep working on the grappling. And by 30 years old he gon be champ.

His boxing is easily the best in the division, so slick with very good defence, handled Kevin no problems.

Perth represent! Great performance by both guys but Jack's constant pressure and body/ head combos sealed the deal.

This was a really good fight. The people in the crowd booing are a bunch of privileged casuals. There was about two strikes in difference in the 1st for Jack, Holland had about 8 strikes more in the 2nd, and Jack literally won the fight in the last 30 seconds. It was Holland the whole round. What amazed me was the technical skills of both of them, and their defence. There were a lot of close misses to the head, and Jack's hands protect his face so well. I came into this bummed because one of them had to lose.

Really impressive win, I thought Holland would try to mix in the grappling more, but JDM shut his attempt down hard and consistently landed the better shots while staying defensively sound while entering on Holland’s insane reach.

Jack Della Maddalena vs Ian Garry would be an interesting next fight. I think Jack beats everyone outside of Welterweight top 8 - he struggles with Leon, Usman, Colby, Belal, Khamzat, Gilbert Shavkat, Thompson. He'd beat Neil Magny, Vincent Luque, Sean Brady & Geoff Neal. Ian Garry seems like a good test, if he wins he can face the likes of Thompson or Shavkat.
