The coldest looking house I have seen in a while. And everything is kind of like we have to have "X" so add it there. The Barbeque is in a terrible spot, no outdoor kitchen , the caterers kitchen looks like it is for show, not for use. Actually the entire house has that feel, the main kitchen is small, looks like a bar. There is no landscaping. Obviously it is impressive, it is 40 million, just not impressive for 40 million. And I am virtually certain they will have to sell for substantially less.
