It’s probably a rebuild house, but i think you cant fload a house like that. The wather would run out the door and windows, its probably build in a laege tank where the oudside is floaded too. The walls would not hold so much wather due the pressure.

When I was a wee lad I used to say dream and wish I could have my house full of water to swim around. Everytime I seen something like it on t.v. it really made me want to do that..the basement is where it's at. Totally filled..but what about the electricity? I seen lights on. If water got into a few places like a 220 plug or the breaker box I think it would be shocking.
