However, this is America, and based on this short video alone I can't verify the temperature of the room. It should be, at minimum, under 40 degrees in order to meet proper refrigeration standards. 128,000 people are hospitalized and 48M people get sick every year from food poisoning in the USA. Giving possibly unsafe food to vulnerable people isn't a very ethical thing to do without informing them. If proper food practices were in place (a man swinging over the top of the food sweating, breathing, and shedding hair probably doesn't meet standards), and the homeless people were informed about the nature of how the food was prepared, this shouldn't be an issue.

@Ryan Frank after seeing how a lot of poor people eat in The Philippines literally pulling old half eaten chicken out of garbage cans and recooking it and serving it to the poor part of that community.
