I started watching One Piece during the summer of 2020 after a friend recommended it to me. I remember i got hyped for every big battle and the first use of Gear 2, 3 and 4. Now seeing Gear 5 incoming, the hype is on unreal levels.

Its good for the younger generation to watch one piece

i kinda wanna experience simular drums in a indigenous space , i can see how many tribes and volks were in complete trance , dancing and whipping to this, this is beyond amazing , its crazy what oda can do with my emotions.

I started watching One Piece at the beginning of the year and I just caught up last night (episode 1070). This is easily one of my favorite shows of all time. It also looks like I caught up at a VERY convenient time. My body is ready.🌞☁🐘

If we go a little out of context.. zunesha shows up to wano to hear his favourite song for the first time in 800 years😂

first time in a long long time that ive received goosebumps from a drum solo.

Already one of the most iconic moments ever. The world is not ready.

His heartbeat being called "drums of liberation" is genuinely the coolest thing I've ever witnessed. It fits luffy so perfectly, and this beat doesn't just put a smile on one piece characters, but to us watchers aswell 😁😁

These drums are not only fun to tap to, but also stirs one to action. A call to fight for freedom and happiness

I'm pretty sure the drums of liberation are the 'boing boing boing' sound just before the 'To Be Continued' fades out at 1:30

I think the “drums of liberation” is just a background song. The actual heartbeat is the beating sound and the “boing boing boing” at the “to be continued.”

I feel like Luffy’s transformation is like a Sun God Wukong kinda vibes and style which makes sense cuz the fruit comes from Sun God Nika and their story perfect match together where luffy is also a rebelion to his Grandad and against the Gov but at the same time a protector

My favorite scene in all of one piece.

The drums of liberation is such a phenomenal composition. The energy is infectious. I think we are in for something amazing yall.

Those are some fine drums, and they can be quite nice for phone ringing tune :). Rewatching this part still give me goosebumps only few days to go.

I remember hating all the speculative Gear 5th ideas. Tiger man and whatever else. I knew Oda would do something different than what everyone expected, I just didn't know what. I just knew everyone was wrong, and for that I was right.

Not really. Technically all mythical zoan users are "gods" as the power from their fruit is directly connected to various mythical entities that existed/exist through out the one piece world. Kaidos dragon, yamatos wolf god, Marcos phoenix. But Luffy's is definately on the stronger end, as it's supposed to have been shared with a man 800 years ago who changed history. So obviously it has to be stronger.

I loved this scene and the one later where hes like "yes...yes..this is the sound..the sound i have waited for" then claps and reality shatters that was epic

Wait isn't this supposed to be luffy's heart beat? No wonder gear 5 took so much out of him after it was over. Like I thought it was gonna be a simple beat but loud, this man's has a whole rhythm going based on the little bits of his heart cut into the track
