That's not that old. I've had a dog from like 7yrs old until 14, and that dog was still an energetic puppy

🤣 I had female full puppy that looked like a very strong grown up German Sheppard that slept with me when I was a kid. CoCoa was a straight up awesome goofey nutt. Then I had a gold chow that was so smart, distinguished and proud Named Simba. He woke up each day only intreasted in food and furthering his legendary hood status. He hit the block to chill with the squad at 10am with or without me. It was normal at outdoor parties or parks for Simba to introduce me to ppl that he knew but i didn't know thrm. Because that boy Simba traveled daily and he had some good ppl everywhere that looked out for him. Their was some dog catchers, diq head pitbull owners and some other azzholes that just dont recognize Simba's free roaming greatness. So in my hood I'd always say hi to all Simba's allies because we occasionally needed them on his side "Whats up. I'm Simba's homeboy, Mike Woot from 70st" 🤣 I never seen Simba go to the bathroom in my life.

My sister’s god is 12-13 and he is still spoiled.

I stay too far away(literally halfway across the planet) to ever book an appointment but I would definitely like to watch her reaction to my broken husky who likes going to the groomers and wants to stay there for a couple of hours atleast(last part is probably coz he gets lots of treats which we don't give much of coz he's got gi issues)

​@LondonBridge711 Shes likely smaller and more puppy-like if she was spayed as soon as she was medically allowed to be. While spaying does help with a lot of problems, one of the issues I find is dogs (and cats) never grow into their bodies like they should then end up weird goblin versions of themselves because their hormones werent allowed to make them mature.

She’s probably a mix, which is why she’s smaller. Maybe a shiba husky mix?

I've always groomed my husky at home but when I was pregnant I physically couldn't handle her so took her to a groomer for the first time. Always wondered why she was still dripping wet when I got her back until I found these videos 😭

@Sena Diaz I think it's a PetSmart thing. Having people bath and trim nails who have no experience at all with it and then actinf like the dogs bad. I just think PetSmart is crappy service.

As a professional groomer and a Siberian husky owner, the dog very well could have had an extremely thick coat or excessive undercoat that a towel wouldn't do much for. My own dog is extremely well behaved for grooming by me, however I've had co workers groom her and she acts out. Sometimes dogs are used to how we do things or having us around, and when that changes their behaviour changes too. It happens. Let's not groomer shame or owner shame :) Sometimes we have miscommunications and misunderstandings, no one has to be the bad guy.

​@JAMS's Nana Considering they've always groomed their husky at home, it's safe to assume that they did, infact, train their dog to behave. This is entirely the groomers fault, they could've at least towel dried the dog. How bout you do better, and stop immediately insulting someone after assuming they're bad owners.

I would say huskie looks better with the natural hair, they are one of the nice dogs breeds that still remain looking like a dog without the need of maintenance. Also like Sayayin's hair it doesn't grow beyond the perfect natural point.
