You are the burger scholar, no doubt. Don't want to burst your bubble, but a 4 oz burger is hardly a large burger these days. Sure there are smaller burgers that are 5/lb or even 6/lb. But 4/lb is pretty normal size. At 3/lb, now your are talking a large burger. You want to super size it? 2/lb burgers are very large, especially dressed up with extras.

I really envy people like George who are so into one specific thing that they can make it both their life's work and their passion. My interests are constantly changing, I'll get really into something (portrait painting, gardening, fossil hunting, pickling, puppetry, wine tasting, Lego MOCs, history of the Precolumbian Andes, just to name a few) for a few months and then sort of get bored with it and move on. As a result I tend to know a little bit about a wide range of subjects, but sometimes I'd almost rather be a world-class expert on a single thing like George is.

I understand that there are people who enjoy this burger. But for me its too wet, the bun is soaked and will instantly turn into a mush inside mouth, without a single bite. If somebody would create a bun that only soaks little on the outside but 2/3 or 1/2 of it would stay allmost dry, and that soaked outerior wouldnt turn so mush, that one i would propably enjoy...
