Facts, A lot of DBZ characters got sum screen time bcuz of the Tenkaichi games. One thing I hope they bring back is the What If saga. That shit was fun back in the days. Also putting in codes for the op characters so we and my bros can have a 5v5 against the CPU with the Op characters and I remember every time we would try to hit the Cpu with a specials. They would like insta teleport like a hundred times in mid explosion.

@Mailbox Most gamers are casuals, so most gamers aren't seriously competitive in any game. But Budokai is simply a better fighter & better overall game than Tenkaichi, competitive or casual it's just a better more developed game, with real fighting mechanics. Mashing square over & over again simply just isn't enough gameplay for me, it's too shallow.

Original Budakai was a legitimate fighting game though. It wasn't as gimmicky & arcade like Tenkaichi. You actually had to input real combos & have good timing, distance & execution. You didn't just press square 20xs in a row or button mash your way to victory. Actually had to know how to use real combos like Mortal Kombat & other real fighting games. WAAAAAAY more competitive.

That's why Budokai Tenkaichi 2 was better in that aspect compared to 3, LOVE 3 I swear I do especially cause they had Future Gohan but combat wise 2 was better, and it had the better story mode

Like I always said….Raging Blast fixed the multiple same characters and clone characters by introducing the character customization…being able to customize your supers made it easy to cut back on characters cause you could just change your supers to fit whatever era of character u wanted

They put multiple dudes who appeared in ONE, a singular episode of Dragon Ball, in Tenkaichi 3. I loved how Tenkaichi 3 had wide variety of characters. It made the Other World Tournament mode cool when they would give you a weak character like Saibaman and you had to win tournament. And the your friends would get SSJ 4 Gogeta.

I hope they put every dbz character ever written in the game if they was in an episode or even a manga panel I want them in the game. I want to be able to play as a damn saibaman frieza henchman whoever. I want to be able to recreate any battle from any episode or chapter, I want to even create all the what if battles I can think of.

I remember getting Budokai Tenkaichi 1 back in 05, when it launched. It was a decent game but I preferred Budokai 3. Many years later i got to play Budokai Tenkaichi 3 at a friend's house and I was flabbergasted with the character roster, that shit looked like the subway during rush hour.

I really hope they go quality over quantity this time. There are so many dream matches we can finally have....if they waste a slot on Sorbet or Abrianne ima lose it
